I’m not one to normally leave reviews, but Billy from Wimberley Roofing went above and beyond for my clients and I. The home owners insurance denied the hail claim and nearly blew up our deal. Billy took time during the holidays to make sure he met the insurance company on-site and got us the new roof that was needed, and saved our deal. Not only did he do that, but he made sure the new roof was installed in between Christmas and New Years so my clients could move into their new home with the work completed. I run a real estate team in Austin and we work with so many different trades. I’ve seen the good, bad and ugly!! I can’t recommend Billy and Wimberley Roofing enough, they have certainly earned my teams business. Thank you, sir!

We had a great experience with Wimberley. They came out to do a free assessment before our insurance adjuster. They walked us through the process, explained what to expect from our insurance, and how to understand the insurance payout. Then they met the insurance adjuster on the day of the adjustment to point out everything that should be paid out. We got way more than we were expecting (including a payout to power wash our fence!).We selected our roof color, materials arrived within a few days, and they took off and replaced the roof in a single day.They bill the same amount the insurance pays out for the roof so we weren’t out any money!Highly recommend!Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

We were in a bind and they were there when we needed them... we were under contract for a home sale and the buyer insisted on a re-roof, very stressful situation. I recently had some work done by Wimberley Roofing. It wasn't my actual roof but some rotting wood on the chimney enclosure. He doesn't do woodwork but sent some men he works with. They were excellent. Very professional and organized. They removed the old wood, which they eventually took away, and installed the new wood in a very timely manner. They cleaned up everything, even using a magnet on my grass for stray nails. It looked like no one was even there. I recommend Wimberley Roofing highly. Phillip Vaughn, the Owner, was a pleasure to work with.

We love our new roof! Phillip was great at answering all of our questions in a timely manner and was pleasant to work with. He was incredibly professional and polite. The two guys that came to cut the metal pieces were friendly and knowledgeable. When they discovered the second roll of metal was damaged, they insisted on securing another roll in perfect condition. The installation crew was on site every day and always on time. They started our job on the day they said they would and completed the job sooner than projected. They made a successful pre-install visit that was courteous and customer-oriented. On the scheduled install day, they came on time, with a full, experienced crew and were done very quickly and efficiently. Their post-work clean up was so exemplary, that i could barely find any evidence of them being there despite removing a full asphalt roof and replacing it. When was unhappy with one section of the roof, they promptly returned on my sxhedule to make it right and even left me a spare tube of colored sealant for my use in the future, should i need it.I would use them again and recommend them!Service: Roof installation
