I cannot say enough good things about this company. Martin and his crew are beyond professional. Martin's knowledge and explanation of the work that was needed on our 127 yo home was extensive. This house was on the ground and the foundation was crumbling. Martin kept us in the loop of what was happening and stayed on schedule and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough. His schedule is tight but SO worth the wait. Thanks again to all the employees at Bueno Construction!!!!

I first called Bueno Construction in 2006 to help level an 83-year old house I had purchased in 2003. The house had fallen 4 inches from the front to the back of the house. Bueno Construction brought in their team with several jacks and leveled the house with minimal cracks in the walls and total success! The corners of the house were square as evidenced by the fact that I could now install new kitchen cabinets where I once could not!I have used Bueno Construction on two other occasions to keep the foundation in good condition and minimize any long-term, costly issues. Martin Bueno has been great to help me troubleshoot water problems under the house and suggest a plan to further help me address foundation issues in the home.Today, the house is simply not the same house. Bueno Construction has helped me maintain this house and prepare it for new renovations that have exponentially increased its value. This could not have been done without the help of these qualified professionals!I have NO hesitation in recommended Bueno Construction for leveling needs, particularly in older homes! Used him on three different occasions and had a quote on a 4th. He was thorough in investigating the condition of the house's supports and direct with telling what needed to be done - even showed photos taken with his phone of some severe issues. The times we used him he was thorough and did exactly what was expected. On one occasion replacement of a rotted exterior wall support was required along with one center structure support that had been compromised by a plumber. Easy to work with and reasonably priced for what has to be done.
