Getting a new roof is always stressful but Juan and his crew made it so much easier. I was able to trust that they were doing the job professionally and with my best interest in heart. We contacted few roofers to locate roof leak and fix it at our home, There was a water stain in the foyer. Juan showed up quickly and diagnose problem with drone camera.He fixed the problem in an hour without big estimate. We are elderly couple with tight budget. Other roofers estimates were in $300 to $2000 range. One roofer gave estimate to replace entire roof, $5000 to $7000.Juan assured us our roof was okay and that there is no need to replace whole roof. JPR Construction has been a great partner in helping me navigate my insurance appeal when my insurance denied my claim. They completed the work on my roof on time and their staff were very professional and cleaned up throughout the day to keep my home’s appearance clean and safe. I have to admit that I was not interested nor planned to change my roof. I've been solocited by a doze of roofers in the past year and none was able to convince me to change my 22 year old roof until Juan knoked on my door! He was not pushy nor aggressive in winning my business. He had tiredlessly walked me through the whole process and was able to answer all my questions. He was checking with me every couple weeks and after few months we agreed to proceed.He had committed to do the best job he could and was able to complete the whole roof in just 1 day, after a nice power wash and fresh exterior paint of the whole house. Had an experience with many contractors and JPR is one of the best, really, you will not see like them too much nowadays. An insurance declined a claim and JPR handled an appraisal process in relatively short period and got funds. Though it took months for my insurance company Allstate to get a new roof approved for my house, it took only a day for it to be replaced. Informed Allstate that the shed roof will be replaced at a later date which my agent was okay with since I also plan on moving the shed further from the fence line.

They are a very transparent company that we felt comfortable dealing with from the beginning. We were recommended JPR Construction by Only Juan Energy Solutions (which I also HIGHLY recommend for your energy efficiency needs), because in order to complete a duct work and attic insulation project, we needed some gaps between our roof and various soffits sealed. We had to resolve a legacy pest problem. Not only did Juan Jr. and Sr. complete the work in a timely fashion, they devised a much more secure and permanent solution to gaps in the roof that Sweeps and Ladders had claimed to repair for us the year prior (in fact, had the employee from Sweeps and Ladder completed the original repair with fidelity, we would not have needed to deal with this again one year on, but that's another story). Juan Jr. is really pleasant to work with, not pushy either - they often do full roof installations and much bigger projects, not our teeny tiny project, but he didn't try to upsell anything else to us and assessed our roof for us while he was here to give us an idea how many years left we have with it (or more realistically, probably how many hail storms we have left lol).Anyway, the team at JPR are reliable, professional, and efficient. Would absolutely hire them again - and if and when we do need to have our roof replaced, we know who we'll call.Service: Roof damage repair

My parents asked me to post this, so they must have been really impressed. This is what they asked me to say:They are great. Tim and Juan gave us a quote and that was what we paid. They stuck through our insurance denial process for 4 months until we got paid for full replacement for roof and gutters. The workmen were great. They cleaned up after each days work. The final day cleanup was unreal. We had no trash anywhere in our garden or yard. They even killed an unwanted guest--a copperhead. The roof and gutters look great. I am a Registered Professional Engineer (retired). As such, I feel capable of assessing and evaluating home improvement contractors and I’m very particular about the quality of work I have done. I recently received a cold contact from Tim Crain, who is in new business development (sales) with JPR Construction Inc. in Wylie, TX. He requested to fly a drone over our roof to inspect for hail damage which was identified as being severe. To say I was skeptical and suspicious would be an understatement. Tim and his company took on our insurance company and succeeded in getting them to recognize the need for a total roof replacement.When JPR Construction quoted what they would do and what our cost would be I remained skeptical and requested their information be in writing. They complied with no reluctance or hesitation. I soon learned that their verbal commitments were rock solid and later relied on two verbal changes. JPR Construction said what they would do and did exactly what they said. Moreover,I would say they exceeded my expectations.I dealt primarily with Tim Crain (sales), Juan Rodriguez Sr. (owner), and Juan Jr. However, the entire crew was well mannered, conscientious, and worked from daylight to dark to complete the task in one day. The work was well coordinated and each knew exactly what needed to be done. The salesperson, the owner, the son, and all the workers got along well with each other and were all on the same sheet of music. That might not sound like much but I’ve found that to be rare and it sure takes the stress out of a job like this.JPR Construction used quality materials and added minor touches that were functionally superior but were also aesthetically pleasing to my wife. She was advised on colors by Jaun Sr. and she loves the new look it gave our home. Tim and Jaun Jr. returned the next day for a daylight inspection of the work. They even crawled through the attic to inspect integrity and seals around the nine vents and flu pipes that protrude through our roof.I’ve been a homeowner for 55 years and have had a second lake home for 23 years. Juanito is very professional, on time as promised. Juanito was hired because other painters wanted to take 3 weeks to come in and paint the master bedroom, and closet.
