The Rhino roofing team went above and beyond to give me an amazing roof and cleaned up like they were never there. It was amazing!It really all started with Travis Willis (Sales) reached out to me and helped me walk through getting my new roof. His identification of problems and description of the process made it simple for me get it done with my insurance company. My roof actually had some leaking seems near my brick line, which Travis had the team replace and add flashing to keep from happening again! Best part it was included in the price.As for the crew the onsite crew, their work was tireless and the first 100' degree day. They finished the entire roof in what seemed like a flash. They had the roof cleared, papered, sealed, and shingled before the end of the day. I came out the next day and the ground was clear, side walks sweeped, old shingles gone, and a new roof. Big shout out to those guys; mas cervezas for the working man.Rhino Roofing and Travis brought a great team and I would recommend them to anyone considering a new roof.

This was an extremely pleasant experience. Jack has been attentive and professional (and beyond patient with me) from beginning to end. He walked me through the entire process and told me exactly what to expect. He even knew exactly what we should expect from my particular insurance company and got the owner of the company (Steven I think) involved when we needed additional intervention. Joseph and his crew were informative, thorough and efficient. I was kept informed of all issues as they were discovered, presented with my options, and completed based upon my decision. I own a real estate company in Collin County. I have used Rhino on homes I personally own as well as recommended them to many of my clients. It is so refreshing to have a construction company who can be trusted enough to refer clients to. The Rhino crew have always gone above and beyond to take care of people. Their attention to detail and dedication to the job is a rare find these days. Also, having Rhino meet with the insurance adjuster is one of my favorite things they do. I have seen them negotiate with the insurance adjuster to get me and my clients the most possible to make repairs to our homes. Rhino replaced my roof and repaired the fence and interior damage caused by a tornado. James was my contact, and he was terrific. He worked with the insurance adjustors to get all of the required repairs covered even though the insurance company did not originally want to cover them. He was in constant contact with me and walked me though the entire process. The sub-contractors he selected were all excellent, and James always reviewed their work to make sure it was done well. I am also going to use Rhino and James to do some additional work I want done that is not related to the tornado.

Back in September I was offered a free inspection by Kevion from Rhino Roofing and construction and kindly declined due to not having any issues I believed. He was kind and courteous and left me his number to reach out if I changed my mind or had any leaks. Last week I had a leak from the rain and have him a call and the next day him and his rep were out to my home to conduct a through free inspection. If anyone needs work done go with Rhino!!

There are so many opportunities for all new hires to start all different positions. Continued education and training is always going on. I have never worked for owners like Steven and Leanna. Tear off went quickly, and the underlay was placed with no issues. Installation of shingles and vents went flawlessly. Professional crew who stayed safe and busy. Ground crew member did an excellent job of cleaning up all the drop and getting it into the trash trailer. Crew went over entire property with a magnet to catch any lost nails and roof metal. After two good rains with wind, and my lawn service blowing out the beds, I have come across only TWO errant nails. From the Sales and supporting Office Staff, to the Installation crew Everybody was eager to answer any of my concerns throughout the whole process. I never like getting a roof, nor do I wish to do it again soon but, Rhino Roofing will be my FIRST CALL when the time comes again.

Steven Bowles came out throughout the day to check on things and came back today to do final inspection and answer any questions we may have had. From start to finish, these guys are great! Leanna met with the adjuster onsite and explained the whole process from the very beginning and their office personnel kept us in the loop as the insurance company worked through the claim. Rhino Roofing just does everything right, from the insurance claim to the last nail, to the clean up. Roofing is an industry where there’s unqualified storm chasers, scams, and illegal / tax evading “contractors”. I can hire rhino and not worry about someone falling from a second story and sueing me. The amazing thing is, they still compete in pricing with these unprofessionals, so it’s a win win for me. Leanna was my contact over there. They will have my business anytime I need a roof.

Extremely rude, very pushy. I felt very threatened and accosted when working with this company. I’m just not sure why some people want to behave the way that they do. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be cautious, I’m sure not everyone in this company is rude like the guy I met. Maybe he just had a bad day. Just felt the need to make my experience heard to others. I wish I had a name to give you all so you could at least watch out for the one. All I can say is that he’s about 5’6” and looks just like samwise gamgee from lord of the rings. The one that was frodo baggins friend that tried to protect him. Minus the curly hair.
