Great location. You can easily walk to chair 6. Ski out is easier, ski in has a bit more of a walk. We used the free shuttle most of the time, which was really quick and easy during the non-busy time we were there (late spring). The condo we stayed in could use some updating, but it was cozy and clean and comfortable and a great price. Customer service was 5 stars! Very quick response every time I had a question or needed help. Good pool and spa.

Excellent stay. Condo was well equipped and maintained. Scott and his crew were a fountain of information that was extremely helpful. Plenty of room in the garage when I was there and no need to ever move your car if you don't want to, since there is an on-demand shuttle that will pick you up and take you where you need to go. I didn't use the pool, but the families there seemed to be enjoying it a lot.

This is a great place to visit. Hosts are awesome and always helpful. Pool and hot tub were the kids favorites after a day of skiing! We will definitely return here again!

Condo was clean and owner communicated fairly quickly. Not the newest units, but definitely priced fair. We had a great time and enjoyed Brian Head. We rented 4 of the Copper Chase Condominiums for a family reunion. The North Penthouse, the Royal Queen, The Majestic and the President suite. The North Penthouse was great and spacious, but up 6 flights of stairs. The Royal Queen was one floor under the North Penthouse and was also spacious and up 4 flights of stairs. There was no A/C, but each condo had window fans which helped a little. I would definitely recommend bringing a small A/C unit for each unit. The President suite on the third floor of the building next door was the only unit with a Small window A/C. The pool was why we booked this for our reunion in the first place and when we arrived it was closed and torn up. Very disappointing but we made it work. The condo is in a great location, but they are all much overdue for an update.

We booked and they were actually closed. They had come in that morning cleaned our room was something that smelled terrible give us an access code to our room. And there was literally not a soul in the whole place. When we asked for our money back and points back they couldn't understand why we didn't want to stay. After a few calls we did get our money and our points back it might be a great place for but definitely not a place to be in

We had a fantastic stay at Copper Chase on our most recent family ski trip to Brian Head, UT. Booking the property was very easy, and communication from the owner prior to, during our stay, as well as afterwards was always very thorough and timely. We would definitely recommend this property!

PLEASE READThe design of the condo is very visually pleasing. The general utilities (fridge, oven, etc.) work fine. However there were a few issues that truly left the experience less than satisfying. When our company of 10 arrived into our condo after a frigid long day of skiing, the entire place was barley 50 degrees. We quickly learned that the fireplace was broken and unusable, as well as the hot tub (which all of the children had been very much looking forward too). As we were making do of the situation, turning up every thermostat in each room, we discovered that the windows had been cracked, allowing the freezing 7 degree weather to seep in. However, despite all the adversity we had faced, we managed to retain hope. The condos had a shared pool that was open to everyone, and we had heard rumor of a hot tub there. This sole aspect of our visit gave us the strength to carry on. Two of the younglings had put themselves up to the challenge of finding the supposed hot tub. After about a half-an-hour struggle, (and a few accidental trespassing into other condos….don’t worry no one was bothered) they managed to stumble across the pool……..just to learn the hot tub was….real, the stories were true. Only….it was taped off. And just like that, all our hopes, all our dreams…we’re…gone. Vanished, dashed in a heartbeat. And this my friends, is the purpose for the two star review. A broken fireplace, a derelict hot tub…we’re these the conditions we had payed full price to live it? Nay. Nay my friends. This is the tale of the two star review. Thank you.

Old, run down and not very clean. Jacuzzi never works although it's advertised on all the websites renting the rooms. The rooms are not cleaned very well. Some bed sheets are stained and contain hair. Bathroom is moldy with caked on dirt in the corners of the floor. Some appliances are broken as well. I would NOT recommend staying here.*** UPDATE - THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. Read other reviews and see there is a common complaint that the place is run down. The best response from the owner is 'Fake review - Spam' because he knows it's true. Beware of FAKE positive reviews!

The place is a bit run down. The condo we stayed in is privately owned, and it had been updated, however, the rest of the public spaces are in real need of repairs and updating. But it was nice enough for what we wanted, and the location is beautiful. Easy to find, great underground parking.

Not a very nice place in general. It was probably nice decades ago when it was first build, but over the years it has become run down and poorly maintained. This is our SECOND time visiting this complex and the Jacuzzi was broken BOTH times during our 4 night stays in Mar 2021 and Mar 2022. Management just hangs a sign on the outside door that says 'Jacuzzi broken - parts on order.' This major issue was brought to the attention of management and the condo owner (Scott), but apparently over a years time nothing was done to fix the broken Jacuzzi (although they continue to advertise it on their websites). The unit we stayed in, Royal King Suite, was also in poor condition in need of replacement appliances, fixtures and a thorough cleaning. Some of the bed sheets were stained and had hair. The overhead stove microwave, light and fan were broken (replaced with just a small countertop microwave). The master bathroom shower/tub was riddled with mold/mildew and the corners of the floor was caked on with dirt. The couches had trash and hair between the cushions and the entire unit was dusty and not cleaned properly. We contacted the owner of the unit and described all the problems we encountered, but his response was basically - sorry for the trouble, it's not my fault, the unit is clean and in 'like new' condition. Beware!*** UPDATE - this is not SPAM as the Owner (Scott) claims. Look at other legit reviews from Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor for similar reviews. This property averaged 3 out of 5 stars over the past several years and continuing to decline. The owner fails to fix or even acknowledge the problems. It's funny how the owner claims all the negative reviews are FAKE or SPAM while the few positive reviews are fine.

Brian Head was a nice place to stay, and our condo here was okay, but we wouldn't go back. The pool was not actually heated at all, as advertised, and was freezing. If that hadn't been one of our main reasons for picking this spot, that wouldn't have been a big deal. But if that's important to you, I suggest finding another place.

We were looking for a nice get-away location. We haven't been to Brian Head before and the photos seemed to indicate that this would be a nice place to stay. When we got there and could see the actual building, it is run down. There are cracks in the glass in many of the entry doors, the carpet on the stairs is worn-out, there are many marks on the walls, etc. The pool area was nice but the overall building just needs some TLC to make it an inviting location. We won't be staying there again.

We had a marvelous stay at Copper Chase #138. Beware #138 is on the third floor. :) There are two sets of stairs or an elevator. The heated garage is great at this property. Working with Diamond Peak Rentals was very smooth and easy. Communication was clear and concise. Property was in great shape. Clean comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Great Job! We would definitely love to come back and stay with you again.

Good place for families at Brian Head. Easy access to the Navajo side of the resort in the winter. Has its own shuttle bus stop to access all of the resort/town. Some indoor parking is available. The pool, hot tub, exercise and sauna areas are nice to relax.

Love it. You can ski right out the back and onto the lift. The pool is so refreshing after a long day of skiing. During the summer it is absolutely beautiful to walk around Brianhead. Copper chase is nice and the location is wonderful. It has a real mountain charm with copper accents throughout the main lobby.

I don't think we'll be back here till they upgrade, update, clean, lower the chlorine content in the pool since it burnt all our skin and lungs after being there just 30 minutes, it's just gross. Half the lights work in shower room, sauna is stained with sweat and fluids. Needs attention in all the cracks and corners and a bit of dusting would go a long way. Penthouse we stayed in was equally run down, things broken, lights that won't turn on, ceiling fans falling apart and really noisy. It's just sub-par accommodations and too expensive for what you get. The area is fantastic though but again, too expensive for what you get, typical resort prices but not much in quality. I appreciated the responsiveness of the host though and instructions that were given. Maybe this is normal for the area, not sure since this was our first time to Brian Head.

The unit we stayed at has snow in the stairwell. The stove wasn't cleaned from the last guests, when we cooked, the condo filled with smoke from the oven. Generally it was an okay experience, but if a non refundable cleaning fee is now the norm, we should get a cleaned unit.

Copper Chase is, in my opinion, the best lodging in the mountain. It's easy ski out (and can be ski in if you climb a small hill), has the best pool on the mountain, and most of the units have been remodeled and are very comfortable. It's got heated underground parking too. All around my favorite place to stay.

Copper Chase had alright condos, but we had a problem with one of the employees. Our kids love to swim, so we were at the pool a lot. We found out that Copper Chase had pool toys our kids could play with so we asked the man at the front desk if we could use them. He was so rude and told us no we could not use them because other tenants were not bringing them back to him. We told him that we would be responsible and bring them back, but he still said no we could not use them. Then he walked past us in the pool giving us dirty looks. After about 10 minutes, he came in with the basket of pool toys and slammed them down on the top of the garbage can. We were so shocked at how rude he was!

All individuallly owned condos. Ours was clean but dated. 2nd floor is 3 flights up from garage by stairs. Brian Head is way up there and the road from Parowan is very steep and tight turns. If you don’t plan on leaving then this place is OK but to go aight seeing it’s a bit remote. Cedar Breaks Monument is right there though.

I would love to ski here. The building is well maintained and has great parking, and the condo I stayed in is well furnished and cozy, without feeling small. It snowed in September, amazing.

Awesome location at the top of the slopes, has great areas to play in the snow and sled with younger children. Pool looks nice, includes a gym and lounge area.
