We had our siding done by Comfort Home Improvements a little over under a year ago. On the surface it looked fine but after looking closely at their work it’s at best subpar.Outdoor electric plugs were not fitted properly, wires that were previously attached were left hanging, siding was not properly installed and is broken and pulling away from the house in places.The owner Steve has made promises that his guys will be out to fix the problems but no one has come after assuring me three different times that someone will be there.I wish that I would have done better research. This company cannot be trusted

Can’t recommend these guys enough. The new windows are absolutely beautiful. They came to the site when they said they would, demonstrated professional courtesy, language and demeanor, and cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a fair price on windows, too, and I know they are honest in their dealings. I genuinely think you won’t regret using them for your windows and I plan to use them to replace my siding as soon as we can manage it!

Comfort home improvements did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the way my project turned out. Steven listened to my vision and followed through. They even fixed a few problematic areas that my roofing contractor had missed... soffit and fascia. The siding specialists are very experienced and true craftsman. I would highly recommend Comfort Home Improvement to anyone who is looking for an exterior update of their home.

The soffits, trim and gutters look great. However, there were various wires and cables attached to the house prior to installation. The work crew detached them from the house so they could complete installation. Upon completion of the work, they failed to reattach the wires and cables, which are now just hanging down the house and the cable and telephone lines are hanging down to where when you walk out the back door they are right in your face.When they were finished they left all the trash scattered around the yard, there were boxes, screws, staples, pieces of the material (metal) all around the house. We had to use a magnet around the yard to pick up the hardware before the lawn could be mowed.

First off our siding turned out great and didn’t have any issues. And Steve was great to deal with. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is once we got our soffit and gutters done it was nothing but issues.. after 3 attempts of trying to figure out a solution we are still not happy but I’m honestly sick of dealing with it and wanted it done.First attempt the gutter guy showed up and put the gutters on. By the time I got home I noticed that the gutter wedges were white when we did black everything. Wasn’t a huge deal knowing they make black wedges and could be fixed. Called Steve and he said it would be taken care of.Gutter guy showed up and was here for maybe 20 minutes and by the time I realized what he was doing it was too late. The gutter guy rattle can spray painted all the wedges black and put overspray on everything. He didn’t mask anything nor did he act like it was an issue.I called Steve and he said he would come look at it. When he came and looked at what the gutter guy did we were both shaking our heads and I asked what’s the next step. He said he would call the gutter company and figure it out but we both agreed that it just needed to be replaced.After weeks of waiting on a resolution I got a call from Steve saying he would have the gutter and soffit painted and what’s not what we agreed but I would consider. My only issue with it was would it still hold up the same in weather conditions and Steve told me yes.So after another few weeks we had a painter guy show up with no call of day scheduled. Ready to paint and I was honestly just over it at this point and said whatever let’s get this done. So the guy started painting the gutters and such. Front turned out ok and I don’t have any issues. The back yard on other hand it had runs all over, tape marks and uneven pain marks. So I sent Steve some pictures and he said he would send him back out.So another no call or schedule day show up and he comes to re paint the back again. And once it’s done it still looks about the same. Run marks and uneven paint marks.At this point after months of work being done I’m just over the issues and done dealing with it. These gutter issues should have just all been replaced and done the right way but I feel we got the bad end of the deal and it is what it is. The sad part is I recommended these guys to multiple people wanting work done and even my dad hired him. And after all this I will not be recommending them to anyone else and it’s not all Steve’s fault but just how everything was dealt with and how things were done. At the end of the day I’ll probably be having someone come replace the gutters and that sucks.

These guys were amazing to work with. Not only did they do an amazing job on our siding instal, they were weeks ahead of schedule. They answered all of my questions, waited patiently for me to make up my mind on things, then worked quickly to get things done just right! Now my house looks better than ever and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Comfort homes improvements is an AMAZING company.I had three other companies come out and give me bids for new windows and siding. Some used high pressure sales tactics which I didn't appreciate. Comfort homes improvements on the other hand was amazing through the entire sales process. They were upfront about pricing and provided the best quote while using top quality materials. If my friends or family needed new siding, windows or doors I'd refer them to comfort home improvements.

My husband and I are Utah transplants coming from Montana. We bought a home sight-unseen that had multiple exterior issues including the siding and windows. I reached out to Comfort Homes to get quotes to help with negations during the buying process. Steven was extremely helpful. He went over to the home within 30 minutes and provided me with honest feedback on the condition of the home as well as a quote without the expectation of selecting him for service. Thankfully, we were able to work in the quote into the purchase and locked in Steven to do the work. We had a different window contractor initially, but due to lack of communication and being misquoted, Steven offered us a window quote. Steven was knowledgeable about the brands and provides a tiered cost approach of (good, better, best) so that we could decide what works for our needs and budget. After locking in the contract, we did have a little bit of communication missteps, but nothing horrible just needed to follow-up. It is the middle of winter and weather was a challenge. Steven worked with us scheduling to help us get what we needed done and not miss work. The front of our home looks amazing. Neighbors are giving a lot of compliments. We have a gutter that didn’t fit after the install that we are still waiting to go back up, but overall, we are happy. We are planning on using Steven for the rest of our home.

The price was fair and a we were happy with the quality of the product and the service. He even special ordered and installed the door we wanted. Steven with Comfort Home Improvement was amazing to work with. Steven walked us through the whole process from choosing the siding color, facet and facia and rain gutters. We even had to order a brand new door that had to be custom ordered because the door frame was to small and with each step he was there answering our questions that we had. Stevens crew came in and in only a day or two they tore down the old siding and brick and installed the new siding. Everyone that we worked with has been kind and friendly. My house looks brand new and I could not have done it without the help and knowledge from Comfort Home Improvements. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to update, fix or remodel their house.

Had sofit, trim and siding completed last year. Paid for the drip edge to be painted white. Due to weather they said they would take care of in the spring. Never completed, after spending 40k on house I decided to have them do our doors as well. Steve came out in May to measure the front door. At this time the drip edge was brought up and i gave them the green light to complete as soon as they were free. Here we sit in September and the doors havent been installed or drip edge painted. Save yourself the headache. Go with a larger company that communicates with customers. And yes I have tried reaching out.

Comfort Home Improvements replaced 2500 sqft of siding for us. They also did our soffit and fascia. It was a huge job but they worked quickly and efficiently. They did the siding about a year ago and it's held up great! We had some minor wind damage a few weeks ago (we get crazy wind storms) so I contacted them to see what we needed to do to get it repaired. They came out two weeks later and quickly fixed it at no cost. We love the way our home looks and had a great experience with Comfort Home Improvements. They are fairly priced and do quality work.

Not only was Comfort Home Improvements able to install a sliding glass door at fairly short notice, but the price was much more reasonable than quotes from big box stores. They showed up early and were QUICK...and the door looks fabulous! Everyone involved was pleasant, helpful, and professional. If we ever need windows or any other service they provide, we will absolutely be giving Steven and Jason's team a call. Thank you!

We contacted Steven in April to have 5 old windows replaced. We were told there was 2 month backlog. It is now in November. I have had to initiate contact to have someone come out and measure and to do the install. Today they were finally supposed to come out and install, and no one shows. We contacted the installers and are notified that they were let go. No one from the company reached out to us to let us know what is going on. The lack of communication from this company is completely unprofessional.

Their prices were super competitive, much lower than most, but the quality and attention to detail in their work is top notch. They replaced our windows and did a fantastic job. We had "vintage" windows (single pane) that would frost over on the inside during winter. The new windows dramatically improved our heating and cooling bill.They were friendly, efficent, professional and did great work. We had gotten quotes from several places but Comfort Home Improvements had the best quality and prices. Loving our new windows.

We had Steven to our home for a quote and measurement on 1/12/22. We placed an order for five windows. We were told they would take three to four months to get in. We had ZERO communication from the day of our quote to the time they arrived. I had to be the one to call and find out if they arrived. Installers came in MAY 2022 and were only able to install four windows. One window was made wrong. Here we are in late October and again, ZERO communication from anyone. All communication is initiated by me. I have set up two days to have the final and most needed window installed and they have pulled a no show BOTH DAYS!!!! This company is unprofessional. If you’re thinking about getting new windows for your home, this is not the company to work with.

These guys are professional, great at communicating, and hard working. High quality projects and install. I’m a single mom new homeowner and overwhelmed but our gutter was creating foundation shift risk and the windows mostly ruined dual pain that were hard to see out of.DONT use anyone else for windows lol. I got 5 bids- one for 5x more than Comfort Home, another said 3-5 month wait on every brand or window, 2 others no showed, another only a lame warranty.I am not LDS, dk if they are, but they are family men, honest, respectful and spoke to me as an equal.Highly recommend ✨⭐️🌟🌟🌠

The guys at CHI were so awesome to work with. From the very beginning to the end EVERYTHING was as advertised/quoted. Steven was great from his first visit. I was surprised than he could give me a final price on the first visit. The quote he gave me was the exact amount on the final invoice. He took the time to go over all options and make sure my wife was happy with everything. The install crew that did my siding was great. They did such a good job installing our siding. They even came back and fixed a piece of siding that I damaged with my grill for free. They were great! I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.

Steve Thiel and his team installed new insulated siding, soffit and facia on my home. As all of are facing, we had a challenge getting it shipped in a timely maner which was not Steve and his crews fault. With that in mind, it showed up at the worst time of the year whcih was the second week of December. I was not excited about the challenges of installing at this time, however his installer Team of (Robbie and Bob) did an amazing job inspite of the weather challenges. I am extremely happy with my experience with Comfort Home Improvement and would suggest them to anyone that would ask.

Steve and his team redid the siding on the front or our house, along with the soffit, fascia, gutters, and front/back door replacements.The team showed up and was great at keeping the site clean, providing regular updates, and best of all, they had TONs of recommendations and suggestions on various ways to install or add future improvements. The final product turned out better than we had expected, we were definitely impressed.My only complaint was the delay in scheduling time to start, but this seemed to be driven primarily by Covid delays and also spiked demand in the area due to other damage from the wind storm.
