Five stars for professionalism: We learned that there was water getting inside of our walls & began calling roofing companies immediately. Some companies wanted to diagnose the problem by having us send several pictures, and some wanted us to schedule two out.We appreciated Roof Rescue sending someone out within a day or two to find the problem, then fitting us into their schedule within a week so we wouldn't have to deal with more leaking during spring rainy season.Don't know how to rate their work because it was all done up on the roof. I think it would be good for a roofing company to use before and after pictures to show a client the problem and provide assurance that it was solved. But we're hoping the problem got fixed and we're grateful for their prompt response.

Happy with the quality of the work done. My roof was leaking inside the house. Roof Rescue installed a chimney cricket and after days of rain, no more leaks. I climbed up on the roof to inspect and the quality of the work is very nice.

Overall, it has been a good experience. My only complaints are that the person I thought was going to work on it didn't, and they didn't tell me when it was completed, so I wasn't sure. But so far we haven't had a leak, so I think the job was well done. And the company has been great to work with!

Josh Daniel at Roof Rescue was amazing to work with. We had extremely tight deadline in which to sell our home. He not only completed the needed repair by the deadline, but also worked with Jess Herbert from HSL Restoration to resolve a mold issue in our attic. Josh also volunteered to work with our home owner's insurance to complete the insurance claim. I would highly recommend working with Josh Daniel at Roof Rescue.

I’m so glad I chose Roof Rescue to install my new roof. They were amazing to work with. I mostly communicated through David and he was awesome. I was planning on paying out of pocket but David helped me go through insurance which I didn’t think was possible but in my case they were able to get my insurance to pay for everything. Roof Rescue literally saved me thousands of dollars. His response to answer my questions was always super quick and he helped me deal with insurance multiple times. He made the whole experience very pleasant and painless (even with the headaches of working with insurance), and I love the way my new roof looks! The crew was super respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and also went out of their way to answer my questions that I had on the day they came. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to re-do my roof. Very professional, very quick to respond, and very honest. I felt like I could trust them and that’s initially went with them and I’m glad I did. I would 100% recommend Roof Rescue to anyone who is on the fence. I have yet to speak about the durability of my new roof; in time I’m sure I will be able to tell, but if the durability of their work is anything like their work ethic and care they put into working with their customers then I’m hoping their roofs are the same. They were very professional and did a great job of clearing away the old roof shingles and cleaning up after they had put on the new roof. Roof looks fine after they fixed it for second time. They were asked to give me a days notice so I could make sure my dogs were inside, first time out NO NOTICE , my pup got scared and climbed through a barbed wire fence and ran, $1000.00 vet bill and 2 days later. Josh Daniel of Roof Rescue is VERY rude and is not safe on the roads. He almost hit my wife and then yelled at her for almost hitting her. Then lied to the police about it. wouldn't call these guys even if I had a gun to my head. VERY unprofessional in and out of the job.
