Alex was a joy to work with. He was responsive and professional. He quoted the job and stuck with his quote. He also finished the job when he said he would. I can’t think of a better review than that. The work he did was amazing! The tile was pristine. He explained everything that he was going to do, and then did it well! He kept the house clean and was very organized. He even took on a few extra tasks that we asked of him without any question. I will be using Alex for some other jobs around the new house. I highly recommend him to you, too!

Alex went above and beyond the call of duty. He was utmost professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. And is good at what he does. Was prompt on answering calls. And is communication with costumer. I was needing a few things done around my house. He had done it within a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Friendly, nice AND DOES THE JOB. AND LETS YOU KNOW WHEN HE WILL BE THERE TO DO THE JOB. which now. For some reason. IS NO longer even the standard for most contractors in sevier county. They have become too complacent with standard(or lack there of) here in Sevier County. I needed some minor plumbing done. Contacted everyone in the county. Finally got ahold of river stone plumbing. Didn't answer his phone until an hour after his posted hours including a voice message beforehand. With summarized explanation of what i needed done. And number to get backto me. Finally hours later. he did answer. His phone. I placed a service call. He never returned my phone call until 24 hours later. By that time. I had already placed service call to Alex. And he had it finished before riverstone even contacted me to come check the problem. Keep in contact with your possible clients and let them know a time frame. Alex did so. And Was on the jobsite the same day. With reasonable prices. I already know from previous experience and unprofessionalism of riverstone in the past. That the cost and headache isn't worth it. Most people in sevier county have deal with. Because they are the only ones in the county to do plumbing. now thats come to and end l. With exceptional buisness owners like alex. 5 stars.

Alex did an excellent job for a fair price. He was very professional when coming to meet us and obtain the information and measurements needed for a bid. He helped make sure we chose the right tile and suggested solutions that helped keep the cost of the job down while maintaining quality. When the job was done there were no surprise expenses, the bid was perfectly accurate. As stated in previous reviews he has a wide range of well honed skills.
