The store had some great helpers and some not so great ones. It was missing some items we really needed, so we had to go to another hardware store. Although there were wonderful people we also had to listen to some workers arguing in the other aisle. Not pleasant. We hope some of these issues are cleared up by the next time we go there or this store may be off our resources list for supplies to build our house.

My husband and I just bought over one hundred boards at home Depot in Richfield. As we were loading our truck, Tanner, an employee came over and help my husband load our truck. Thank you Tanner!

I went in today and was looking to start a project of built in’s for my master closet. I found and choose the wood I wanted and had a diagram I slightly sketched up and took it over to the wood cutting section.Mike came over to help me and I gave him the measurements of all of my cuts. I forgot to measure one piece and Mike was quick to do the math and help me get it cut.Mike was very patient with me and helped me walk through all the steps. I asked Mike to recommend any screws and tools for the project and he walked me over and handed me an attachment for my drill I have never used and it made the project a lot easier.I got everything I needed and Mike was amazing being patient and informative and quick on his math with cuts of the wood thank you Mike for all your help today.

Colton was awesome and very helpful. I called into main customer service and they put me on hold for 12 minutes, I called back to the main store talked to somebody who said the best option was to go get the app, Lost that call. Called back in and got Colton and in 5 minutes he got the whole thing figured out. He was efficient, helpful and friendly. He should get three extra stars for the bubble gum raffle.

I needed some blinds custom cut. The lady that helped me was exactly that. Very helpful, patient, kind, courteous, polite, and cheerful! She answered every one of the questions I had. She took the time to make sure I was informed and confident to get home and get them installed with no problem. Thank you for your kindness!

Well stocked, typical Home Depot. Most employees very helpful, especially in the garden, lumber and check out areas. But you could have fired cannons down the aisles of the appliance section without danger of striking a single employee trying to help! We spent 30 minutes trying to look at new refrigerators and never had anyone to help, finally we just gave up and went home.

I cannot believe how friendly and knowledgeable these Home Depot Associates were. I am a trucker, delivered paint today and last night came in to get some supplies I needed wow talk about everyone knowing exactly where to find things. I got what I needed and I was very impressed with the stores cleanliness and organization. Hope to come here again.

All home depots suck all they have are self check outs that's not good. They makes 15 dollars an hour just to stand there and look stupid. I will never shop there again I will go to lowes.

Great store. The layout is different than other Home Depots but if you know your way around a Home Depot, you're good. Everything was clean and well kept so finding what you need is easy. Staff is always on hand to help as well

Would give it a zero if I could. Bought over $350 worth of lumber. Each board weighing at least 100-150lbs. Parked in the pickup zone to get help loading while both representatives stood there with their arms folded and didn’t seem interested in offering a hand yet watched me load the entire trailer. Terrible customer service.

Nobody is able to answer simple questions about rental availability. I have waited for over a week calling and checking in several times on the insulation blower. I have been assured that I will be called as soon as it is available but have never been called. The service desk says yes it is available, the not-so-pro desk says it’s not. The service desk says they cannot rent it out and to call the pro desk. The pro desk tells me they have no idea when one will be available. Service desk has told me twice that the system shows they have one available but they cannot rent it out, the pro desk must but they aren’t there so call them in the morning. I called once and stopped by once when told that and the pro desk says they don’t have one. The pro desk has told me only the service desk can verify my name is on the list yet the service desk cannot rent it out when the system says it’s there. I would be better off to take the insulation back get my money back and go elsewhere.

This used to be a very good store with employees that were knowledgeable of what the products were and how to use them now you can't find anyone to even help you and if you do they'd have no idea where you're to go or what they're talking about.

It's a home Depot, so you know what you're going to find there. The employees at the Richfield store have always been friendly, easy-going and helpful, moreso than I've found at other stores. It appears well-managed: clean, well-stocked etc. It's a big-box store, but it offers favorable hours, particularly if you're the sort of person who gives themselves in need of parts on a Sunday.

Ive been going here for awhile I was never to excited about this location staff not so helpful and didn't know where stuff was but recently I came in to get some paint and all I saw were young ladys just standing around on there phones I guess there only paint workers but after 20 minutes of Standing around I was finally noticed and when I had questions they didn't know very much about anything I dont get why they are in that department if they dont know anything but I was told to please wait and this this young man named Jimmy comes over who is a new employee and right off the bat was smiling and asked me if he could answer any questions and omg he was so helpful he was experienced in the whole paint area i was so surprised he helped me get the right paint the right materials we talked about colors and what would go well together every question I asked he had a answer and was so helpful i asked why he wasn't a paint associate he said he was at a different location i told him he needs to be in this paint area he smiled and asked if I needed anything else and he mixed my paint and he was so quick about it I didn't half to wait forever it was done in five minutes like he told me and I bought alot to this employee is amazing please home depot in ritchfield put him in the paint department he is knowledgeable and is great with customers this young man deserves this five star I gave thank you Jimmy so much for all your help you will be the one I come to see when I need more paint and supplies

The Home Depot is like any other Home Depot, they seem to have about anything that you need in items are used to fix up your home with. The staff is usually well versed on the items that you need. If they don't then they will get someone that can help you. They are well-stocked and if they don't happen to have it they can usually get it for you in just a few days. The prices are reasonable, and the store is usually clean. I would recommend the Home Depot to anybody that is working on their home.

Wide selection of items that would be expected at Home Depot in a clean and well maintained store. The staff is helpful but sometimes can be difficult to locate when help is needed. I've used the contractor services too for HVAC with good results knowing that (hopefully) if something went wrong Home Depot would stand behind their work. Thankfully my contractor experiences have been good and without need to complain.

I had to replumb my kitchen sink and had never done this before. They not only had a kit with exactly all the parts I needed one of their employees helped me with advise on how to do the job as well. Every time I've gone to Home Depot the employees have been very friendly and helpful. I'll continue to shop here for all my home improvement needs!

I bought a brand new dishwasher here. Sales person said they would install it if I bought the kit and haul off my old one. When the delivery guys arrived it turns out they do neither. Had the dishwasher installed and it will run for 2 minutes, then alarm and turn itself off. We had the installer recheck it and still doing the same thing. Home Depot doesn't return appliances, looks like they got $600+ and I have this piece of junk. Hopefully the manufacturer will be able to do something for me because the Home Depot will not. This entire purchase has been a nightmare.

Employee in the door department was not very nice at all, and didn't care to get up out of the chair to me find what I was looking for when asked. Mike in the hardware department was very helpful. The machine to cut the flooring is still broken after a week and nobody wanted to cut it without the machine.

After ordering a generator, my order kept getting delayed. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get to the source of the issue. I called customer service, online support, and the manager. Online support and the manager were quite friendly. Turns out it was a glitch in the system. But...now I'm stuck waiting another month for my order, and out 2 hours for the phone calls, and 13 days for the glitch with my order. Not too happy. Would have cancelled the order....but need the generator. Guess the customer paid the price this time. Will NEVER order anything through HomeDepot again.
