I wanted to share how helpful Ace Hardware in Roosevelt was when I was looking for a riding lawn mower in October. I contacted the store directly since I couldn't get the mower ordered online. Dakota took the time to find a mover in another city and had it picked up for me to purchase at their store in Roosevelt. He and the staff went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful. You have my business forever.

We shop here alot but today leaving a review. gregg over by hardware saw us looking flustered trying to replace a battery in a key fob and watching a YouTube video. He walked up and offered to help, found a screwdriver and replaced the battery for us. Great customer service and had to share!

I LOVE THIS STORE! The guys at the gun counter are helpful and fun! My kids love to go back and visit them. The staff at the registers are so nice and helpful. Everyone seems knowledgeable on things. And there is always someone around to snag if I need help. :)

I find myself there at least 2 times a week. I can usually find the tool or part I'm looking for. The firearms counter has a fairly large assortment of rifles, shoties, or handguns. Employees are fair at knowing where items are located as long as the sun is up, after sunset your on your own.

Good selection and fair prices. The staff has always been helpful.The sporting goods have a good amount of ammunition and other hunting items.The store is usually kept clean and organized.

The employees here are extremely helpful! Tonight Sterling helped me custom build a cable for my four wheeler plow! It saved me about 50%, plus shipping and about a week from ordering this online! He is awesome! Super good customer service tonight! I really appreciate it!

Absolutely love this store. Everyone is always so nice and always willing to help. I ask for 2 employees everytime and they go above and beyond every time to help. The store has been very busy and there still there everyday willing to help. There website is very easy to use as well. Couldnt be more happy with the customer service about going above and beyond for every customer.

Easy to navigate on the Stewart's side, can get the handicap carts through and around the aisles without an issue. Friendly people and Loving the new Skip check out system.

I always shop there, went there too a Treager BBQ demo, and they have the best meat and are very friendly and helpful.
