Look no further quality restoration took great care of us in the middle of our flood crisis. Our hose was left on and we came home to a flooded basement. Josh and Gustavo were at my house within an hour of contacting them. They went through my basement and tested the moisture to see what I was needing done. They set up fans and a dehumidifier. They were very knowledgeable and professional. After three days, Spencer came to make sure our needs were met and clean up all the equipment. The Employees were so easy to work with, it was a no hassle experience! We would recommend Quality restoration to any of our friends and family.

I love this company! Amir and his crew worked so hard cleaning up my flooded basement. They arrived quickly after my call, stayed late, and worked long hours. Quality restoration gets an easy five star review. I had another company come Sunday and they sent one man who put fans on my carpet without even removing any water. He told me they would come back the next day early Monday morning.The next day they texted that they wouldn’t be there until the afternoon. So I asked my Insurance agent since it was now Monday who I should call. They told me quality restoration. Upon calling said they could be there within an hour and they were at my house within 45 minutes. They put down pads and everything they needed when they walked on my carpet to go downstairs. Of course, the other company didn’t do that. They came pulled up the carpet got rid of the pad and immediately set up fans. They came back like they said, and checked my walls and carpet to see if the moisture was gone. They are working with my insurance company and I couldn’t be happier with them. They easily get a six star review.

So far, every person I have spoken to at Quality has been outstanding. Lisa in the office has called me multiple times with updates. The removal of the damaged Sheetrock by Wesley and Andres in my house was fast and they cleaned everything up. I can’t wait for everything to be put back together. I know they will do a great job with that as well. I completely recommend Quality Restoration!

Excellent work! The Quality Restoration team was easy to work with and they were easy to work alongside my homeowners insurance. My dishwasher took a sh!t and it leaked under the floorboards in my kitchen and leaked into my finished basement. I worked with the project manager Ben, who was on top of the issues and was efficient at getting a team out to begin repairs. Quality Restoration repaired the basement damage and also repaired all of the damaged areas in my kitchen. The quality of the work is impeccable. It looks really great! I'd highly recommend Quality Restoration for any of your repair projects

We are in the middle of our project right now as they have started the remediation as I can't be more impressed with this company! We had / have water damage from a pipe that broke and in less than an hour of my call to Lisa yesterday, we had a crew out here starting to remove the carpet, pad, flooring, baseboards, sheetrock. The crew chief Gustavo was very thorough, professional and communicated with me on everything they were doing. Today, Jordan came over to check the remaining moisture level in the damaged rooms after we had like 12+ fans running throughout the day and he gave me the readings and we've reduced the moisture levels from 99% to 27% and they will be checking again tomorrow. I have been so impressed I had to tell Jordan how remarkable it is to have every member of your company to be on the same page with such great attitudes, professionalism and communication from the office manager, to their remediation crew, to the follow up today with Jordan. I'm confident I'll be just as impressed when I meet the project manager and estimator (Ben and Eric) in a couple of days once we finishing getting everything dried out. In summary, just a great company to do business with...I can't recommend them enough!

This company is the absolute best company that I have ever worked with to remediate & restore my property. I have worked with many companies in many states and never has the process been so streamlined and with excellent communication. Ken is the absolute best. I started with another company that did not work out very well and Quality Restoration was recommended by a friend. I was extremely grateful to find them because there was additional insulation that was wet in the walls that would have been overlooked and sealed if it wasn’t for their thoroughness by the team involved in restoring and remediating my property. We arrived at our vacation home late Friday night and discovered that every external wall had at least one leak. The roof was also leaking heavily. Quality restoration was able to get a crew to our property the very next morning, a Saturday. Gustavo and Ricardo were extremely helpful and managed to finish the demo in a single day. Quality Restoration did an awesome job fixing my home after water damage.I have never had to do this before and was very nervous about not knowing too much about the work to be done and having Quality restoration team come into my home. Ben was quick to call me and was the one that spoke to me on the phone, very personable, respectful, and he made the arrangements for the days they would be here, what work was to be done and their names. We had a hiccup or two as life sometimes does but, I was grateful for someone like him to run the project and I am glad it was not me (lol). Ben also took the time to check on the work being done in my home. He even had a little bit of it redone because it was not what he thought it should be (Quality). Christian, Ricardo, Zac, Tyler, Elden, Jonathan and anyone I missed are all very talented, kind, and respectful. I am pleased with the work they as a team did. For those that this is their first time as well and you're reading this, know it takes longer than a couple of weeks, especially when we had all the flooding and weather-related problems this summer 2023. I had no idea how it worked, but I do now if I ever go through this again. It's been great having all these son's (workers) around the house fixing everything, by the way I will have another list for you all soon (lol). What are waiting for give them a call! Our dishwasher leaked on Christmas and ruined our hardwood floor. Quality Restoration were super helpful. They came right out and started the process of drying everything out. They are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get everything squared away with our home owners insurance. Everyone was very kind and easy to work with. Lisa in the office was amazing! We highly recommend them. Hopefully we won’t have a need for them in the future but if we do we won’t hesitate to use them again.

We came home from a nine day vacation to find out that an upstairs water heater had been leaking the whole time and had flooded 75% of our home.
