When we discovered water dripping into our daughter's bedroom last February, Chris was the only roofer I called who returned my call and came out within a few days to break down the ice dams that had developed. He then proposed a replacement roof once spring came. They arrived on time and did an amazingly quick and clean job even though he had to go buy plywood since we discovered that there was no wood under the older corrugated metal roof. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I needed the roof repaired, replacing the shingles with metal. I spoke to all local contractors and they all gave an inflated price and 1 week to complete the job.Mr. Chris Facini, the Owner of Til' Dark Roofing, offered the best price and did the job in 2 days. Why so fast? Mr. Facini and his highly professional team of 6 workers worked like the finest Swiss watches and I was amazed at how fast and smoothly they handled the job. In addition to that, Mr. Faccini had a double standing seam roof panel rollforming machine, which allows to make metal panels of any shape and length, which speeds up the job significantly. We experienced substantial damage to our standing seam roof during the Xmas Eve storm in ‘22. Chris came over and resealed the roof so it stopped leaking inside, and three weeks later, we had a new standing seam roof installed.
