Reached out to Matt for the first time recently - had a Heat Pump that was not working. He arrived the same day I called, which was great. He found that the Capacitor was weak, so he replaced it. This company is the BEST! After my AC system went out they were recommended by a friend. I called at 3PM and by 5PM the same day the owner was at my house. He was very thorough and detailed with the information about the system, he made me feel comfortable with my decision to have a new system installed due to the current issues and to top it all off the job was done the next day. The necessary part was able to be purchased from a local supplier, and Matt installed the part on a FRIDAY NIGHT in order to restore the air conditioning in our home. Our AC quit working on one of those days that felt like 105 I called several HVAC companies but none of them could fit us in for 1-2 weeks (I would’ve been dead by then) A friend recommended Loving Mechanical. They came out the day I called, repaired our system, and told us it was a temporary fix because we do need a new unit (ours was 30 years old) The repair only lasted a week but when we called to tell the owner it had quit again he was out right away and installed our new HVAC system. The owner, Matthew Loving, and the 2 young men who work with him are very polite, honest, professional and I will definitely be using them for routine maintenance on our unit.
