Christian and his team are everything you want in a construction team. This is the company you have been looking for to trust with your home repairs and updates. They are professional, knowledgeable, organized and trustworthy. Their prices are very competitive and their customer service goes above and beyond. We first hired them two years ago to repair a drywall ceiling. This summer, they did painting, roof repair, carpeting, and we are very happy with their work and work ethics. They are extremely organized, clean, meticulous and detail oriented. This weekend we had a plumbing project that needed immediate action and Christian was able to accommodate us and get someone right away to fix it. Best in the business servicing the DMV area! Christian and his team did a great job installing recessed lights in our newly purchased home last year and we decided to hire them again this month to install a fence to close off our back yard. The CIF team as a whole is very knowledgeable, was able to find different price options for us to stay within budget, and over all provided QUALITY work (which is hard to find in our area at times). Will definitely hire this team again for other home projects we have in mind.

Look no further, CIF Construction and Design is the company you want to hire. Trust me on this one. Christian and Ivan are incredibly professional, creative, resourceful, and masters at their craft, and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had them do a large variety of random projects around my house, (always competitively and reasonably priced), most of which required creativity to make them happen, and they always took each request in stride. All employees of the company, to include Daniel and Nico and all others who have helped me over time, are incredibly respectful, friendly, and truly care about the quality of their work. They’ve helped me with transforming my awesome laundry room into a combo laundry/kitchenette, which was no small task considering I purchased all items secondhand, and the crew had to think up creative ways to make everything work in the space. They take care of every little detail, always going above and beyond what I ask for, and I couldn’t be happier. They’ve also thought of creative solutions for problems I had with my fence to ensure my dog didn’t escape, as well as built a gorgeous set of stairs for the back of my house since the original was falling apart. They’ve helped with issues I’ve had with water entering my basement and kitchen, fixing my French drain, performing odd jobs such as installing a tricky barn door, as well as figuring out ways to fix my complicated front railings, installing a water heater, and installing gutter guards. They are my go to for EVERY project, and I can’t say enough positive things about this incredible company.
