Scheduling was easy and Omar the AHC tech showed up as scheduled, and it was clear right away that he was knowledgeable and experienced and was able to deal with all the issues that our roof had and had a good understanding of what was needed and took care of it quickly. For the problems that were present he had good solutions to remedy them, and I am very pleased with the service. Am looking forward to working with AHC to get the issues fixed. If there was a higher rating, I would definitely give it to Omar Rivera, he did a phenomenal job with my roof tune-up.He was so professional and knowledgeable while inspected the roof, took pictures before and after sealing around exit vents, later we review the pictures and explain to me what is going on up there.It was a such a value to have this work done.I highly recommend American Home Contractors for any of your roofing needs.

Omar was very professional and roof tuneup for $199 is great service including roof inspection as well as fixing any nail or caulking issues. There was no upsell to get new roof as per inspection done by Omar there were no shingles missing or sign of damage to the roof. I also got my gutters cleaned and these look great. Omar also tied up downspouts with extension pipe to get the water away fro property

Melvin came out and cleaner our gutters and did a gutter tune up. He was very professional. Communication with the office was easy and timely. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Melvin went above and beyond what a typical contractor would do and cleaned up all the debris that the removed. We were very happy with American Home Contractors and would use them again.

Omar Rivera provided professional service to my townhouse on the roof tune up. He called ahead to give me the exact arrival time. He did the inspection and fixed the pipe boot. Eventually he showed me 80 photos around the roof and attic. The photos helped me better understand what was the fix and what’s the recommended next step.I really enjoyed the quality of service.

Hugo did a great job. He called before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time. He did a good job of listening to me speak about my concerns with my gutters. He worked diligently cleaning, tightening and realigning the gutters as best he could to correct the problems. I am very satisfied with this company. I highly recommend American Contractors because of my extremely satisfactory experience with Hugo, their employee who visited my home today and who provided excellent services for a reasonable price.

My experience with American Home Contractors has been outstanding from start to the completion of our three phase roofing project. There services representative, Mr. Alex Suarez was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job explaining in detail the three phases of the project and the timeline to complete the project. Alex did a very thorough evaluation of the work required including going into the attic to assess its condition. Alex took a lot of time explaining the materials needed to do the job and cost options for the roofing phase. He provided us with a very competitive cost proposal. The three contractors selected to do the work were all outstanding and did a great job. Highly recommend American Home Contractors, specially Hugo Calderon. He was very thorough in his service. He started with checking the attic then went and cleaned up the gutters and discovered two clogs. He took pictures of everything and showed them to me. He also had recommendations on the roof and the skylights where the caulking started to fail.

I wish we'd learned about the Premium Roof Repair service earlier! For $199, Omar went up on our roof, cleaned gutters, caulked nail holes, replaced a gasket, and did a thorough inspection (of our attic as well). He was very knowledgable and friendly (and even went into the attic a second time to get better pictures to explain everything to me).The last time we had a roof "inspection" with another company, they just took photos from the ground with a camera on a stick. This was much more thorough and I trust Omar's observations more since he was actually up there to see what was going on.

I had an appointment on yesterday, my tech was Omar Martinez. He was one of the most pleasant person I have work with. He didn't just go up on the roof and come back to say you need a new roof. He look for the problem outside and in my attic, and explained what the problems were along with detail pictures to show why my roof is leaking. I was pleased with the service.

We called AHC to get our clogged gutters cleaned. Hugo and Omar arrived on the scheduled time and provided friendly and excellent service. They also inspected our roof and provided helpful recommendations. Theyprovided pictures of the areas they inspected and cleaned. The cost for gutter cleaning was very reasonable ($149). Overall, I would recommend them without hesitation.

In less than an hour he did the inspection and resealed several areas that were leaking. When he was complete he showed me 50 photos around the roof that were also emailed to me. American Home Contractors and Chuck are so great. We got an earlier appointment than we thought possible and Chuck was the best. He was so professional, provided photos of our roof, sent an inspection sheet, and noted what work he completed. If I need work done on our home I will definitely call them to have work completed.
