In tune with focusing on customer needs.Last year they addressed a problem we had with water pouring into the basement of our newly purchased house.Juan assessed that there was no flashing. Once the team arrived and pulled away the siding, Juan was correct. Lots of water damage was discovered so the project became far more huge than imagined, but the team quickly conquered, replacing all the rotted wood and rotted front door. We added on a storm door to protect the front door which they also installed.A year later (last week) we realized our front storm door was falling off the house. Turns out the screws and nails were too small.Juan sent a team out during lunch a few hours after I talked to him. It took them over an hour but they spent the time securing the door, using what looked to be 6 inch screws.The storm door is now solid.Although initial contact can be difficult, I've learned that email is the best way to go. Once contacted they are on it. They are a very busy little office with very decent prices and total commitment to the customer.

We worked with Juan Carlos Araya who was a delight to work with. He managed a complete interior rebuild after a fire, including a new kitchen and 3 bathrooms. He was always thoughtful and responsive. All the work his team did was on time and of very high quality. He not only did work to our exact specifications where we had them, but he made great suggestions where we weren't sure of what we wanted. They also did excellent exterior work including installing new doors and painting. We found Capital Trades by total chance when they were in my neighborhood. We needed originally drywall repair and bathroom work, but were pleased when we saw they also did deck work as well. After Juan Carlos did the estimate and we talked about what we were looking for, he provided a detailed and itemized estimate that was far and away a better deal than what we had gotten from other companies in the area.All the work they performed was outstanding and within reasonable timelines and costs. Capital Trades gave the best price estimate of the 7 requested. They stood by their quote. All work was scheduled and the crews showed up exactly when they said they would. All work was very professional and the workers were great, friendly and very clean in the manner they left the job site each day. Juan Carlos was accessible, informative and a pleasure to work with. I had them do a 2400 sq foot basement finish from block walls in. 2 bedrooms, Jack and Jill bath, bar and huge family room. It is beautiful. On time and on price. Juan Carlos, Leo and the crew performed work in my house to repair extensive damage from a leak. The insurance estimate Juan Carlos provided was detailed and fair. His follow through and prompt responses is rare in this industry and should be commended! One of the absolute worst drivers for a company. On May 12, 2021 6pm around the Gainesville, VA exit. One of your driver cut me off within half a foot and I had to slam on my brakes. He was speeding and cutting more people off, almost causing several accidents. This is in the middle of rush hour traffic where the roads are congested. I don't know if he was running late or whatever but no one deserves to get hurt due to a selfish driver. I wouldn't go out of my way to write this review if it wasn't serious.

We live in a townhome, and our roof was aging. We had three previous estimates from other companies, but CAPITAL TRADES was well in line with the other estimates. Everything went very well, and the roof looks wonderful. CAPITAL TRADES was easy to work with, no high-pressure sales, and I felt like I was well informed as to materials, pricing, warranties, and procedures they were offering. They did a great job keeping us informed of arrival times, weather delays, and I felt comfortable asking questions and getting straight answers.
