The company is trying to make up for a mistake they made in interpreting the roofing award and partial denial, from the insurance company, by sending me additional invoices beyond what they had agreed and promised. I keep getting invoices and emails despite already clarifying with them what their misunderstanding was. They reassured me that I was not going to be billed for their mistake. They are not honoring this agreement and are trying to shake me down to get the additional cash they want.No complaints on the actual roofing job but I currently feel harassed by their billing department and manager even though I already paid my deductible and forwarded all awarded checks from the insurance company. Again, we had already clarified that they did not properly read the award and partial denial but still continue to send me invoices and ignored the conversations that we had. It seems like they are using this as a tactic to bully me into paying for services that insurance company had told them was not going to be covered and were not needed by code.

Ricardo Munoz was my first and final contact. He was instrumental in my decision to reshingle my roof due to wind damage. He was patient, available and reliable all the way thru a process that involved insurance. He was so competent working with insurance we. He was there with the insurance adjuster on the roof. He was the best part of my experience. The roofers were competent and fast. They could have used help picking up the yard before dark at completion. Andy Loor came out to view my house and found storm damage. He worked with my insurance’s inspector and helped get me a new roof under my existing coverage. He made the entire process smooth. The roofing team came out and installed my roof in two days. I expressed my concern about cleanliness and not finding parts of my old roof for weeks to come prior to them starting. I had an excellent experience with MLM in Burke, Virginia. Ahmed came to my door and told me that MLM had replaced other roofs in my neighborhood because of wind and hail damage. He offered to check my roof and if he saw damage on most of the roof, he would work with my insurance company. My roof was only 9 years old, but I agreed. I researched MLM and liked the quality and variety of shingles MLM offered. Ahmed found damage, and the insurance company agreed. Ahmed worked with me along with the insurance company and guided me through the paperwork, minor changes, scheduling, and shingle selection. Kyle's crew showed up on the assigned day a little after 7 and worked hard until the last guy left at 6:20 having completed the job. Kyle checked with me throughout the day, and the crew cleaned up well. Kristin handled the billing and was responsive to my questions. She worked with me on an aspect of the bill that I thought needed to be corrected. All of them were pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient when I had questions. I really like the look of the new roof and recommend MLM highly for roof replacement.Service: Roof installation

I had a really great experience working with MLM roofing from start to finish. The initial sales person was respectful of my time and arranged for an inspection right away. Ahmed was our inspector and did a great job working with me through the inspection and selection of the new roof, what to expect and the overall process. The crew showed up really early, earlier than expected which was a challenge but they brought a lot of people to get through it as quickly as possible. Zach was our project manager and he was amazing - excellent communication and response times. Having to get an entire roof replaced is never exciting or something anyone really wants to do but MLM made the entire process very painless. I have a Baltimore flat roof townhome and in less than 2 days I had a new roof. They were timely, and responsive. Josh Knepper the supervision kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The price was good, and exactly what they said it would be from day one with no surprises later in the process. They did a great job, and walked my through everything they were doing and explained their reasoning. They were professional and I would absolutely recommend them.

I got the new roof installed in February this year. Everything went smoothly and it was a great service until I found damaged siding after the installation. They promised that they will have a siding contractor come out and fix it. So I believed them and paid for the services I received. However, no one came to fix it. I followed up a couple of times and received responses saying that they are looking into it but my siding remains damaged today (May). I do not recommend.

Zack and the MLM did an outstanding job! It was a large job and it went flawlessly. Zack as the Project Manager was in constant contact, always picked up my calls, and address every concern. Truly a great experience. If you are looking for a company with good customer service, find one of the other roofing companies in Northern Virginia. In addition to my roof, they had my ceiling painted due to roof damage. The painters marked up my walls on many places when they painted the roof and now I have more damage then when I started. It has taken me multiple attempts to get a response and they deny this happened and now won't even respond to me. MLM recently replaced our roof. The representative we worked with, Drew David, was very honest and professional. He worked well with our insurance company. He was able to schedule the project so it was completed before new landscaping that was being done. The crew that did the work was extremely careful and treated our property as if it were their own. They were punctual and efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up after the project. We will definitely work with Drew and MLM again when it is time for our siding to be replaced. We could not have had a better experience with this roof project.

I have had the worst experience with MLM. Please don’t use them, I can’t get a hold of anyone to get my roof installed but they have had my deposit for almost two months. I’ve reached out to our sales person Andy Noor and he’s been non responsive, but was very persistent to get the deposit. I reached out to the scheduler Scott and can’t get a hold of him. I am getting ready to put my house on the market but due to MLM incompetence, it’s been delayed.Service: Roof installation

I had some guys from MLM knock on my door offering to assess my roof for any wind damage. They were working with another neighbor in the neighborhood. I agreed and Steven Garcia checked my roof out and found lots of damage, missing shingles etc. He was very knowledgeable and offered to work with my insurance company to get my roof replaced from this damage. I was skeptical at first. I researched this company and could only find good things. I decided to move forward and I’m so glad I did! Steven was so professional and helped me through the entire insurance claim process. He met the insurance adjuster at my home and always responded to my texts or emails quickly and kindly. His expertise and professionalism are Top Notch! I’ve already referred him to other neighbors. The MLM team are all very friendly and professional. The crew did a great job and our project manager Josh was excellent with keeping us in the loop during the work. He was also very helpful with some questions we had after the work was completed. From start to finish, the entire process has been amazing!!! The company itself and the employees are really nice and professional! However, our great experience has mostly to do with Project Consultant Andy Loor! He has made the entire thing so easy to understand and was always super willing to help with any questions that we had. He would take every call and return all of our messages within the hour that anything was sent. My parents needed a full replacement but didn’t know where to start or how everything worked, and Andy was super organized and knowledgeable. From our initial roof inspection with Drew, who answered all our questions before we started the whole process. Chris who were able to schedule our job very quickly. From Marcus our sales rep, to Chris and Adam at the office, to Josh our project manager, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. MLM is simply the best. From our 1st meeting with Scott Bolden, we knew we were in great hands. I will say Scott and his team went above and beyond with working with our insurance. Where several other roofing companies “ran away” never to be heard from again, Scott and MLM was willing to work with us and our insurance to the point where they were able to get our insurance to pay for the full roof replacement. This is after we only had the back part of the roof paid for, we sign to pay for the rest, but Scott’s team worked their magic (which no other roofing company was willing or able to do) and were able to get full coverage even after we signed!!Also, Angel Martinez is a great Project Manager bring on a great, nice, courteous, and efficient team to work on the roof. Not only did they replace the roof in 1 ½ days and left our yard and surrounding area spotless. Several days later they followed-up with several inspections and were willing to help with a few follow=ups – with no extra charge! I had MLM get my roof replaced through my home owner's insurance. Dan Ferguson came to do the initial inspection and then helped see the entire project through to the end. I also had a great experience working with Monica Townsend and Mark Tanner. The entire process was could not have been easier. They helped work with the insurance representatives and the total out of pocket cost was not much over the deductible. The entire roof and multiple sheets of plywood were all replaced in 1 day!
