We called Sparkk when we had a bad storm do some damage to our roof. Luis came to our house, assessed the damage, and determined we should get insurance involved. After that initial call to our insurance, Sparkk and Luis handled everything! They worked with our adjuster, got us approved for a full replacement, and managed the whole claim process.Our new roof is fantastic! Sparkk did the work in a single day. We were able to relax, run some errands, and come back to a new roof. They also were able to get us up to code and solved a ventilation issue in our attic. Sparkk cleaned up so well so you would never know a few hours earlier the whole roof was off of our house!We would absolutely call Sparkk again for any future roofing work! They were professional, communicative, and did fantastic work.

Sparkk Construction found us and we are so glad they did!! Corey and his team took care of us in the most efficient, friendly and professionalmanner and we felt very comfortable working with them! Corey worked with our insurance company and the adjustor and once everything was approved, the Sparkk team was on site within the week and had our new roof on in about 7 hours!! They made sure things were out of the way so they wouldn't get damaged and left absolutely zero mess behind!! This company seriously has your best interest at heart and goes that extra mile to make sure you are happy! We are more than satisfied with our new roof and would use them again in a heart beat!! When we had interior water damage due to a leaking roof, we reached out to a few contractors in the area. Sparkk was prompt, courteous, and able to come out within 24 hours. Thomas R. in particular was very thorough in his inspection and quickly worked with our insurance company to coordinate work to be done. They had a crew come out within a week of our call to redo our roof to prevent further leaks. The interior workers were also very efficient and produced high-quality work. Thomas was communicative throughout the whole process, and we ended up referring some friends of ours who also needed work done. We would definitely use Sparkk again! Highly recommend.

Sparkk Construction and my rep Luis Bustamante did an excellent job from start to finish. Luis came out on a Saturday to do the preliminary assessment, made the call to insurance, and took it from there. I have a new roof that will last for decades. In a world of poor communication, I cannot rave enough on Luis and his commitment to follow up and relay what is happening and what will happen next. I have to say, we were a bit nervous when we discovered a leak in our roof due to hail damage. We had no idea what it would cost or how much work would be involved. Sparkk was amazing. Their customer service should be the standard that every industry follows. They were not just friendly, but very proactive in taking ownership of our roof problem and turning it into a beautiful new roof that was completed very quickly. The crew was on site for one day and the whole job was complete before they left...including cleanup !! . Every one involved in our project is a world class professional. I couldn't be happier with the result. I will happily recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof or needs to solve any roofing problem. From start to finish, this was a very positive experience for us. Honestly I'm not used to this kind of customer service. I felt very good about how well we were treated and how beautiful the product turned out. I recently hired Carlos and Oscar (Sparkk Constructions) to construct a concrete patio in my backyard. While I found both Carlos and Oscar to be a personable and professional individual to work with, I am disappointed with the quality of the work. The patio had multiple cracks right from the beginning, which led to the need for a reconstruction. Even after the second attempt, the cracks reappeared, and the overall quality of the patio remains unsatisfactory.I appreciate their efforts and willingness to address the issues, but the repeated problems with the construction have left me dissatisfied with the end result. It's unfortunate that the patio did not meet the expected standards despite the positive interaction with them.Please find the attached images and video.

I had a leak in my roof which is close to 30 years old and I’m interested in getting a new roof. I called 3 contractors to come out and take a look and of the 3 Sparkk Construction was the only one that came out, prepared with materials to sit down and discuss, which was extremely helpful. The representative I worked with, James Brown, was absolutely an awesome young man. He’s prompt , time conscious and if running past the time he gave me, he would text to let me know how much longer it will take before he arrives. He is patient and very interested inmaking sure that I understood the materials that I was going to purchase and the quality of it. On the day of my roof replacement, they gave me a window of 6:50 am to 7:15 am for time of arrival and they arrived at 7:10 am. The workers were very pleasant very professional. They got to work immediately and the work pretty much was completed within 3 to 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. I’m very pleased with my new roof. It looks great! I would highly recommend this company based on my experience with their professionalism, timeliness and genuine customer care.

OMG, these guys are awesome! They came highly recommended by some friends and neighbors which all had great work done by them (Sparkk.) And the work they did on my house was absolutely phenomenal. Every stage of this project was executed with the utmost accuracy, attention to detail, timeliness, and respect for my property and my neighbors. They also worked really well with my insurance company. Thank you to Andrew, he took care of everything from start to finish, and the end result was way more than what I expected. They even surprised me and fixed the roof on the doghouse with the extra material, so both roofs could match. If your home has never had its shingles replaced, and you live in this area of Virginia with its crazy weather. Then I urge you to call Sparkk construction. They do a free damage assessment and let you know exactly what condition your shingles are in. Especially if you moved into new construction. The grade the contractors use is the most basic material. More than likely you do have some type of damage up there. Remember, the shingles are protecting your roof, the roof is protecting you and your family. Great job guys!
