URC took me from idea to design to a beautiful completed project. They updated my HVAC system and completely remodeled and updated my lower level and added a bathroom. This is my third project with this company and as always, they were professional, responsive and everything you want in a business. Mo and his crew were great and when they weren’t, a simple word was all that was needed to correct any issues.There is a level of trust that makes it so one doesn’t need to double/triple check everything. A level of trust when you you know the integrity of the company matches your own. I wish I could rate United residential Contractors more than five stars!!! If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy general contracting company, look no further, URC is the best in biz! I doubt there are many honest and trustworthy GC companies like URC.URC recently finished building our home addition (three levels out and up/about 3000 sf) and renovating/remodeling our existing house. This was a huge project - think of it as building a new house- .Simply put, they are amazing to work with despite the difficulties that came with this big project and the fact that I am a very picky customer. They explain everything upfront in as much detail as you want. They are professional, accommodating, and patient as I continued to tweak and change many things in the project- They are very creative and never run out of ideas and options to choose from. I am very pleased with both the experience and the finished product. Last but not least, URC offers no interest financing, thing I haven't seen nor heard of before in the GC biz!Services: Home renovations, Home addition construction

We had a large addition built above garage that included reconfiguring the inside is the original rooms. URC came highly recommended by a friend. They worked with us to keep the cost of the project within our budget, and maintain quality work and a beautiful outcome. Cheers to our a project manager Mo for holding our hand throughout, and fielding all our requests as the project closes out. We would hire them again and have referred them to several friends, a few who have already started their own jobs with URC!

I worked with the team for several months. Including design, construction and finishing our home. Throughout the project Moe the PM monitored and kept us updated on ongoing construction and different contractor team visits. If delays occurred he kept us abreast of timelines and adjustments as they occurred. The design team made recommendationsto construction work to enhance the look and feel of our home. Like any project not all things go perfectly. In those instances the team communicated effectively and kept the project moving. Overall the team was professional, courteous and a lot of fun to be around. Got a proposal for extending garage and proceeded to finalize permit based on proposal. Spent over 3k out of pocket to get permit based on proposal. Mohammed confirmed the price wouldnt go up much after the permit took to long. When I requested a new quote, he wanted to do a site visit. Nothing changed from the plans provided from the original quote and photos. However, I guess they saw the house, car and neighborhood and decided to mark up there next quote by double the original. Such a scam. Would not recommend coming here. Unable to provide honest quote and unable to give clarity.Service: Home addition construction
