Lucas was excellent. Took care of the insurance while I was under way for 2 weeks. Came back and my roof was ready to get installed. Lucas did an amazing job walking me through the entire process. Even when we had an emergency he kept us in the loop, worked the insurance in the background and kept everything set and ready for when we were ready to move forward. The installation was started at 7 finished up by 330 and did a great job cleaning up. I couldn’t be happier with the work done and the whole process working with Lucas and BCR. Kyle J. and his team of installers provided exceptional service from start to finish. At first, I was a little concerned after reviewing the weather forecast for my installation day and the meteorologist called for rain later that day. I immediately called Kyle and he reassured me the workers will have the roof finish before the rain. Was not totally convinced, however needed to run some errands. So, I went and completed my "to do list". When I arrived home, the roof was completely done, all tarps were picked-up and removed; all around home was cleaned-up! So impressed with the professionalism of the people that represent "Best Choice Roofing"! I would highly recommend BCR of Chesapeake. Don't look elsewhere just go straight to Best Choice Roofing of Chesapeake. We have the best salesman i believe. And his name Richard Oliver. Although sometimes you cant contact him due to his busy schedule. He go out of his way to try his very best to make his customer contented and happy. He's very polite and honest. He help us and talk to our insurance company which other company's don't want to do. Even insurance don't cover all the work needs to be done. We were given a good deal by Best Choice Roofing with the help and handwork of RICHARD OLIVER. Will definitely look for Richard and just be patient with him but you wont regret. Would also like to Thank Charles the Manager in Best Choice, if we have a question and cant get a hold of Richard. We call him and his very helpful to answer your questions and concerned. Definitely a great manager as well. Thumbs up. And the Best Choice team or roofer did a very great quality job on our roof in our house and shed in a timely manner . They are not the cheapest but hey are definitely are good value. They also do a good clean up afterwards. When it comes to roofing contact these guys. They did the roof on our house, prior to us purchasing the house, and they stand by their work. Noticed a leak, came right out and fixed it. Noticed I needed a dryer vent installed, no hassle, came right out and installed. Great warranty on their work. Ask for Marcus, he’s professional, responsive and get things done. Poor communication and unorganized office. We had a few rainy days in August so when the week came for my original week for my roof to be replaced I called to check when is the new time for my roof to be done since I knew based on the weather it would probably be pushed back. (They never reached out to me I had to call them that is unacceptable they should be communicating with customers a simple hey were running about 2 weeks later due to rain etc). When I finally got a hold of someone they couldn't find my contract despite me already paying my 20% down. Eventually they found it and it was still poor communication trying to figure out when the actual roof would be done. One of my neighbors called them best cancelation roofing since they continually tell you one date and change it again. My roof finally did get replaced and has been fine but for the price they're charging they should have better communication.

This company left unsolicited advertisement on every door, at a non-soliciting neighborhood, the add is red and it’s aim to make you believe you have roof damage, BUT YOU DON’T, I called to ask where the damage was on my roof specifically, and they guy on the phone told me he did not know, then proceeded to try to sell me an entire shingle replacement. THEY ARE TARGETING THE ELDERLY, making people over 60 believe they have roof damage, to then turn around and up-sale you in the most cheating and unprofessional way I’ve ever seen and been target it by as well. This type of business depletes the trust the community has for any roofing company.
