BEST roofing company hands down. My roof was damaged by wind to the point of a full replacement needed. The process with Ashburn Roofing began with a gentleman named Slade. He contacted me immediately and came to my property to conduct a full assessment the same day. He was very meticulous and thorough. He worked with his office staff primarily Gabby, to overcome challenges with the insurance company where multiple videos, photos and follow up visits to my home for further assessment were required. Gabby and Slade did not miss a beat. Gabby worked tirelessly with my insurance company to ensure everything was in order, which was no easy task. Then I had the pleasure of working with the foreman, Austin. Austin came to my home multiple times to ensure everything was in order, he even climbed up on my roof with samples to help me make a selection re color schemes. Then came the day of the install. The crew with Ashburn Roofing removed every nail, old shingle, etc., and insured 100% correct installation of the new roof. Austin stayed onsite throughout the day and into the evening ensuring everything was performed correctly. I felt that Austin ran this project like it was his own home. He was thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about proper roof installation. He answered every question I had. Austin came back the next morning to button up a few items and again did it with great care.Ashburn Roofing and the top notch professionals including Austin, Slade, Gabby and their labor crew are simply the best in the business. They know how to work with insurance companies, do what they promise with great care and follow-up. With so many roofing companies out there, this could have gone many directions and I was fortunate to have Ashburn Roofing do this work. In summary, Austin, Slade and Gabby worked this project like it was their own home so if you’re in the market for anything roofing, call them and be prepared to have your expectations exceeded.

Working with Danny and the team at Ashburn Roofing was by far the best experience I've had working with a roofing company. They came by to evaluate the damage on my roof, coordinated meeting with my insurance adjuster, the claim was approved for a full roof replacement, and a few weeks later I had a brand new roof!The work was completed quickly and within the timeframe he had estimated. My yard was left clean and without debris (I have 3 young children so it was very important to me that no roofing nails were left in the yard). I would highly recommend you give them a call!

After our roof was damaged, the sales representative Alex, went above and beyond explaining the process and getting us approved through our insurance! Every step of the way we were personally notified and was on the calendar for a roof replacement within a month! After the roof was installed, the company went the extra mile to assure they left the property better than the way they found it! They swept off both our back and front porch and cleaned our gutters! Initially requested Ashburn Roofing to come out to just give me a quote. Danny came out and after some conversation I was sold on using Ashburn to take care of my 20+ year roof that had suffered from years of neglect and wind damage. Danny spearheaded and streamlined the process of working with my insurance company to file the claim. Once approved, Ashburn was able to schedule my install much quicker than I expected. On install day, I sat back and watched. These gentlemen were very professional and you could tell they took their work seriously. Install took a little bit over 6 hours. Professional from initial contact with Wilkins all the way to installation. Pretty much held our hands while dealing with insurance company who refused to pay initially but with help of Ashburn Roofing got it approved. Wilkins is amazing following up to check regularly and explaining the process. And during installation they did exactly what they promised. Cannot ask for a better company especially having dealt with fly by roofing companies that knock at your door but never follow up. Recommend them 100%!!!

I had to Contacted Ashburn Roofing due to a water leak coming from the roof, this had damaged the dealing in 2 bedrooms. I was referred to Danny and once’s I contact him he answered right away, he was able to schedule an inspection the very next day. He was nice and so professional!!! He was able to figure out the issue very quickly after the inspection and made a recommendation, it appears the roof vents had been damage due to the inclement weather in my area; we agreed on the date. The repair was done and the team was really professional, they hauled away and clean up the area. I highly recommend their service!!!

We were extremely happy with Ashburn Roofing Company. From the very beginning, they were professional and responsive. Danny is a specialist at his profession. His evaluation of our roof and multiple follow-ups with the insurance company were key for our roof to be considered for a complete replacement. Barbie is phenomenal. Her attention to details, quick responses and knowledge base of the process is amazing. She even came to our house to explain the process from start to finish. Barbie worked around our schedules, and made herself available in the evening so that we could understand each step of the way. She came to answer follow up questions, and to ensure that we were on the right path. Her and Danny are great advocates especially when dealing with the insurance company. Danny was very professional. He was able to come within a day and repairs were done within 3 days.He explained the work that needed to be done and sent me an estimate the same evening, which was very reasonably priced. I had 3 leaks coming from the ridge vent on the peak of the roof. They replaced the vent and damaged wood. They also replaced a section of shingles where I had a satellite dish mounted at one point. They matched the shingles perfectly and did all of the work within 4 hours. The quality of the work was exceptional. Danny came the next day to check the work and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Ashburn roofing if anyone needs work done on their roof.
