They were quick to respond to emails and when they came over to assess our roof for an estimate, their communication was clear and authoritative. They answered all our questions confidently and set our expectations clearly. While working on our roof in Chesterfield, they were flexible and adjusted their tasks based on what they discovered upon removing the old roof. Their employees, Edward, Josiah and Ruben were clearly skilled at their jobs. Not only were they friendly, but they also treated us with respect.

Edward, the sales representative, is quite a relaxed individual to interact with; he promptly returned to us with an estimate after his initial consultation. The pricing was a delightful revelation for us. Edward and his team from Austin & Sons Roofers commenced our roof replacement project exactly as planned. His team was fast and competent.
