What a wonderful experience getting a new roof on my 1905 home in the fan as well as a soffit reconstruction and deck expansion (with city permits!). Project completed in ~3 weeks and per the quotation terms. Thanks KDC!

Called KDC for a quote on a new roof and was told someone would call me back the next day (or the day after that) to set up an appointment. It's been a week and a half and no one ever called me. I won't reach out to them again.

KDC has done roofing work for me for 20 years - my house and my rentals. They stay busy, so sometimes I have to wait for non-emergencies - but I have been happy with their work.

Absolutley terrible service. No communication whatsoever. I had to call/email multiple times just to get them to come look at my roof.The day came, and nobody called me to discuss the job. I had to call and email to get a response. They told me they would call to discuss the findings, but never did. It's been weeks. These people don't care at all about their customers.
