I contracted them for two houses in the first quarter of 2019, expecting to get ahead of the summer rain. Their employees did a great job, especially Patrick, who is experienced, skillful and efficient. They replaced old gutters for the house built in the 50's, they installed the other house which never had gutters. I was not on site to monitor their work. After the installation, I did point out some gutters or downspouts that were installed either poorly or not in ideal locations. Brothers Gutters' office person Naomi quickly sent the workers to fix the issues and mostly Patrick would listen to my concerns and will solve my concerns. Patrick did not argue with me or belittle my concerns. He made me feel that he really listened in and solved my concerns. I have met many workers like plumbers, etc., some would argue with customers and they thought they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company.

This is a great company! I had them install gutters and gutter guards on my home a few weeks back. The experience, the price, the mechanic and his helper who installed them, and Naomi in the office were TOP NOTCH. The price was on point and the service was extraordinary. I had a great experience with Brothers that Just Do Gutters. Ken was very informative and helpful. I appreciated the fact that there was no pressure during the consultation/estimate appointment. There was a mix up on the day of my installation appointment but the receptionist that I spoke to a few times seemed genuinely concerned and sincere which is rare these days. They were able to come immediately the day after my scheduled appointment and install my gutter replacements which was awesome.

Very pleasant experience from the time the estimate was provided to job completion, even working around our travel schedule to complete the job within the time frame requested. The installers were very polite, efficient, thorough, and respectful of all our questions. Great company with great service. We had a large gutter project on a new home for orphans we are building in Virginia. The crew from The Brothers That Just Do Gutters did a top notch job in installing the gutters in two days. The company kept in constant contact with us as the time for installation was approaching. Dan who came out for our estimate was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. We got our estimate on October 16th and our gutters replaced on December 1st. Original date of November 30th was pushed out due to rain which made sense!Matt, Frank, and Jake were very friendly and careful doing our full gutter replacement. The gutters look great, feel very sturdy, and I especially like the attention to detail: the gutters have a slight proper tilt to ensure the water runs towards the down spout. My kids enjoyed watching them work on the gutters for the 3 hours they were here.When the work was completed we realized that the invoice had 3 pvc downspout adapters but we only saw 1 installed. I worked with Naomi to get this corrected and she was able to take care of the difference on the same day.I look forward to the next big rain storm to see how my new gutters hold up. I highly recommend this company who focuses on only one thing: gutters!

I highly recommend this company. We had to reconfigure the gutters and downspout in the back of our house after doing some renovations. The guys that came out to do the work were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The gutter they removed had those awful leaf guards that end up causing a wet mess every time it rained. They replaced the old gutters with a new screen/mesh gutter system so the problem we had with overflowing gutters should be eliminated. The installer was also nice enough to offer me an option for the downspout direction so the water flows where I want it to go, which is much appreciated.When we are ready to update the rest of our gutters we will definitely call the Brothers that Just Do Gutters company.

From Ken to Naomi to the two young men who did my installation in Atlee, everyone was great to deal with. Prompt and professional while being kind and caring. Pricing was in line with other firms. Really liked doing business with a company so specialized in what they do. I recommend them highly and with no reservations. Terrific work from a terrific company!

Called to get a quote to clean gutters and install new guards. The earliest they could get to me, just to give a quote, was three weeks out. Then, when they finally came for the quote, they told me my gutters were too old and they wouldn't install guards on my existing gutters, they'd need to fully replace everything first. The guy who came out said "I don't know anyone who would do work on the gutters you've got now."Well, in the three weeks it took them to come out, I found two other companies who gave me quotes to do the work I wanted without needing new gutters. These guys have fancy service, but they're trying to drastically upsell on work you might not need.

Had some gutters replaced and guards installed. Have always admired the quality of work and professionalism of staff. Do think sales guy was overly pushy and used used car salesmen techniques that I knew weren’t true like if I didn’t commit in that day he would have to come back out. Dillon went above and beyond installing some additional flashing

Priced competitively, pleasant staff but these were undone by the unsatisfactory installation, corrected only after considerable persuasion. My concerns about leaks, raised shingles and unguttered corner were not addressed until my friend stepped in; evidently he was more convincing. From my experience, plan to closely observe installation if using this company.

Didn't show for quote twice. Ken was completely unapologetic about wasting our time. They were impossible to get in contact with in the first place as well. Also they make you meet them in person to get a quote for gutters then they don't bother to show

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE GUYS or have them do ANY work for you.I used to work here so your getting it straight from the horses mouth.THE BAD:Don't let the professional look fool you .Because this FRANCHISE is anything but that. As a customer .You can expect to get a call back ,meaning you will have to call them back out to fix something that was done incorrectly in a rush. As a customer . You can almost guarantee the day you were put down to have your work done,WILL NOT be the day they get around to it . As an employee you can expect to get NO BENEFITS and can expect to only get training WHEN ITS CONVENIENT for ken ( the boss ).As an employee you are guaranteed to see shady business practices done on a daily and almost routine bases.As an employee you will be asked to work on top on LIVE POWER LINES !!!!!! and told you will lose your job or may be replaced if you don't ,which is against OSHA regulations.Ken is a snake.He provides you with with minimal IF ANY training .Then questions you on your productivity. But what can you expect. He didn't build this company from the ground up.HIS SONS DID.....and boy does it show.As a customer. if you ask for a cleaning. You better make sure they even need to be cleaned first. Because when i get up there and they are already spotless, i still act as if i was the one who cleaned them and take your money anyways and as an employee you are expected to GO ALONG with these types of practices you find questionable.

Just an excellent company. In 30 years of homeowning, they are of the best communicators we have worked with and TODAY communication for the most part is very poor. Great job from start to finish. Hard to believe that we found them on the internet google search.

I have a quote done back in August...work was never done. They continued to change the work order date until I demanded answers in November. My deposit was refunded mid November. I would NOT recommend this company. Their work ethics is terrible!!!

Gutter installation was fast and meticulous: they even caulked over the screws to provide extra waterproofing. The roof trash was also blown off--without extra charge.
