We have used this company to install 10 metal roofs so far & they have all went wonderfully! Could not recommend any other company for service or for price. Tracy Mosny has been our contact since the very first one & is always on top of everything. We did the first roof in July 2019 & the most recent was done in September 2023. We have never had an issue with the company or with any roof that has been installed for us. We look forward to using them for any of our future rentals. The most recent roof they put on is pictured.

I thought the roof was looking good, I had a problem with a window , not the roof, sent him to look at the window and took some pictures of the roof while he was up there. Looks like the roofers May have dropped a tool and cut a groove in the roof and sealed it up. I did notice that on the side near the top it looks like a piece of the roof fabric is hanging out.

On December 12th 2022 we signed into a contract with Blane at lifetime metal roofing. Little did we know this would be the biggest nightmare ever with a contractor. Roof was install a couple weeks later and was done 99% of the way. After being given the run around for 8 months I filed A complaint with dpor where we found out lifetime is NOT a licensed contractor. In December of 2023 lifetime sued me for the payment of the contract after 4 no call and no shows to replace a roof the owner Mike and also Josh agreed needed to be replaced. Well the judge sided with us in this case as lifetime didn’t even have the nerve to show up to our second court date after the judge ordered them to show evidence on their end. MoralOf the story is lifetime is hands down the worst company I’ve ever seen in my life. They change their name constantly and now claim to be lifetime roofing llc

Lifetime roofing was great through the entire process of getting my roof installed. Blane offered great customer service and answered all of my questions. He was also great in returning my calls and quickly expediting my installation. Eliseo Jimenez my installer took his time and replaced all the bad boards on my roof with his team. Everyone was awesome and I will be choosing them again to put a roof on our family home too!!!Great Job!!!

Long story has to be short due to character count google doesWe signed a contract 12/2022 saying old roof to be removed and to replace up to 4 rotted boards and install evergreen color metal roof with snow bars.Reasons for one star1:Was not licensed when we signed our contract nor is the subcontractor they had come do the job2:No call No show (4 appointments to be exact)3:Roof job was not completed4:Roof is damaged as they installed5:Did not replace all rotted boards6:Tried to take us to court 12/23 for non payment on a job they say was done 1/2023 (which was not done and we have a certified letter from them stating our new material "Should" be in soon to finish the job on 10/20237:Fifth No Show at court on 2/2024 we were rewarded on the case so we will make it our mission to make sure this company never screws another hardworking family or business. This company has 6 including us BBB and DPOR complaints on them 4 of which that have are similar to our story.!!!!!!!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Lifetime Metal & Building was a wonderful company to work with when we needed to replace our roof. The estimate was quick and reasonable. We did not have to wait long for the metal roofing to come in after it was measured. The team was able to remove the old shingles, replace any bad wood underneath, and install the new metal roof all in one day! They even cleaned up behind themselves and left no mess behind! We have been highly satisfied with our metal roof and it looks fabulous!

This has been the most excellent experience! This company was extremely kind, fast with responses, helped us with financing, and had the work done in one week. The crew who did our roof were all very friendly, and cleaned up every single scrap and piece of trash on the ground after they complete the work. They were wonderful to deal with. I was very pleased with the services provided by Lifetime Building Supply. The crew did an excellent job of installing our new standing seam metal roof and answered all my questions. Even though there was a small issue after installation, the crew responded immediately to remedy the situation and repair the issue. We have received many compliments from complete strangers, and even had one fellow offer to buy our house! I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a contractor for a new metal roof.

The building turned out great. 30x30x14 farm shop. Its a bright red with red trim and a white roof, just like I wanted. Color matched screws, 12x12 garage doors, and a walk-in door. The welds looks great, the screws are all straight and the crew left little to no extras around the building. The crew, salesman, and owner were extremely professional and knew their stuff. Very satisfied.

The contractor came out to the house on the scheduled date. He was time. He helped me pick out the material for the roof. This was helpful due to his knowledge of the material. Our roof was repaired before, by the renters. Needless to say the construction workers from Lifetime Metal Roofing and Buildings, had their hands full. They went above and beyond what they thought they needed to fix. The price went up, but they kept us informed on cost, and the need for extra materials as the project continued. Pro: Roof was done quickly and was awesome looking.Con: I had an issue with the salesman not returning my inquiries on needs for additional project. However, when I addressed this, they immediately apologized, informed me he was no longer with the company and rectified the situation. I felt like they still wanted my business, even for smaller projects and direct sales of just materials. A class act.Thumbs up!

We recently had Lifetime put a new roof on our home in Amelia County. Admittedly, I we was a little hesitant after seeing a less than flattering post online about the company and workmanship. However, from start to finish the experience was nothing but pleasant. The salesman was not insistent, rather simply stated what was being offered in their quote and made himself available to answer any questions we had. To include questions about the post that had us hesitant. The install team was very nice and professional and like our salesman, was always willing to answer any questions we had about the work being done. It ended up being a two day process in which the team did a great job on the installation and very good job with their cleanup. We love the way the metal and color has changed and made our home look. Thank you to Lifetime Metal for making this project a smooth and pleasant experience!

Let me start off by saying I don’t typically post reviews online, But we built our home in 2021 and choose lifetime building supply to come out and give us a quote. Not only were they thorough answering all of our questions. They were extremely knowledgeable on All aspects Of the project from start to finish. We ended up choosing the light gray, and couldn’t be more thrilled with how beautiful it looked. Fast-forward over three years later, and the color of the tin still looks brand new like the first day it was installed! The crew even took off all of the trash from site when finished. I highly recommend them Due to the service that we were given, and will use them in any future projects that we have.
