We are very happy repeat customers of My Roofer. About 9 years ago we had a leak coming through to the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom. Todd Shaffer took one look and knew the problem was from our ridge vents. We had his company replace them and had no more problems. We recently decided to be proactive and replace our 15 year old builders grade roof. We called Mr. Shaffer again and he gave us a very fair, detailed estimate. The whole process was quick and easy. The communication was excellent as we also had to wait for HOA approval. The team at My Roofer did a beautiful job on our new upgraded roof and they cleaned up so well after....I have yet to find one nail. We highly recommend My Roofer and would not hesitate to use them again.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Todd was quick to come out and provide an estimate in person, but after trying to contact him several times via phone, text, and email I gave up. I liked the price and wish we could have done business but maybe the old saying no job too big or too small isn’t really a saying at all. Very nice guy, but if you don’t hear back from him after a few days you may as well hang it up and move on instead of chasing him for 3-4 weeks like we did.

Todd seems like a very nice individual, however he is unable to service all customers. We need a roof repair which he gave us estimates 3 weeks ago in person. After reaching out to him 3 times by phone and filling out his contact form online once the word of mouth estimate was complete, we haven’t heard a word from him. I am very disappointed as I read reviews about his customer service. His company is undeserving of a 5 star review after the poor customer service we received. We were easy money but apparently the job wasn’t large enough or costly enough for his time.

MyRoofer, LLC is a fantastic company. I had a leak on my roof and Todd was there to fix it on the same day. The professionalism of this company is outstanding. Someone always asks me if I know someone who does roof work. I recommend MyRoofer immediately. I’ve never heard anything negative about them at all. I also know that this company gives back time to a local elementary school each year during their STEM night. Todd donates his time and teaches the kids the value of hard work. Contracting business with My Roofer, LLC and the owner Todd in Culpeper, has been outstanding and extremely professional. They are definitely my go to roofing company for all my jobs.  Todd is very personable and fair to his customers. They have actually done work on two separate occasions, one was for replacing shingles, of which he quoted me for six and I actually had 16 missing that he replaced without an additional charge. My second job was to repair my ridgevent, which is the top layer protecting the entire roof. The old ridgevent that the builder installed, did not cover the total expanse of the roof, however Todd's was wider and longer to provide additional roof coverage with over lap.  He even surprised me with an additional blessing of a discount on the day of payment and said Merry Christmas. I don't think you can get any better than that!! I appreciate his customer service, support and his care & understanding; I will continue to be loyal customer.

If you want a contractor to totally COMPLETE the job I would not recommend My Roofer. Todd the rep not only did not complete the contract (lied about sending someone out to finish the job) but blocked our phone calls when we tried to inquire when he would return to finish. Very unprofessional!!

Todd was more than professional, he was personable!! Fantastic work... full roof replacement, very well done, workers cleaned up the horrible mess (due to very high winds that day) very satisfied, and would highly recommend to anyone needing roof work!!!!! 👊🏻👍🏻👏🏻
