We’ve known Patrick for many years. He’s not only a great guy he is a great businessman, company owner and a great dad! We’ve used Pond Roofing for several projects for our home and have always been very pleased. Our most recent purchase was sliding glass doors in our kitchen. We love them! The installers did a terrific job. His staff/employees are always pleasant and always very helpful. If you ask a question and they don’t know the answer they will get it and either staff or Patrick will get back to you. We will continue use Pond Roofing and have recommended them to family and friends.

What I particularly like about Pond roofing is that they are honest regarding what is needed and that their price is reasonable. They do the work carefully and well. If there is any drawback at all, it is that it can take two or three weeks from the estimate to the time they actually complete the work. I have called Pond Roofing for estimates twice. The first time was to get an estimate to replace the architectural tiles on my mansard style second story which were looking bad because of a buildup of moss and algae. The estimator told me I could clean them by gently spraying them with an oxygen bleach cleaner, letting the solution sit for a few minutes and then hosing it off. I tried his suggestion and it worked like a charm! Next time I called was for a leak near the chimney in my 15 year old roof (not installed by Pond). Had three companies come and give estimates. Pond was the most thorough in investigating the area and cause of the leak and any problem areas on the roof. One company didn’t even go up on the roof and simply tried to sell me a new roof. The Pond repair price was reasonable. I was provided with photos of the problem areas by the estimator, and the roofer showed me photos of the completed work he did. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again

When a neighboring tree fell on our roof last month, we new that Pond Roofing would take care of us and provide us with an expertly installed new roof that will give us many years of safety. We had used Pond Roofing to replace our roof on our previous home and were very pleased with their service. We had the pleasure to work with Sales Representative Shanti Smith who evaluated the extent of the damage and provided a thorough estimate that satisfied our insurance company's need. Mr. Smith stayed in contact with us throughout the project and up to the final review when the job was complete. On the day of the installation, the 8-man crew worked efficiently to replace the entire roof, protected the gardens and shrubbery around the house, and cleaned up the job site very well. The Field Supervisor, Robert Kern, visited our home twice during the day to make sure the job was progressing and address any questions we had.The entire team, including the scheduling and billing office people, were very courteous and put us at ease during this unsettling situation.

Pond Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. Their inspection was thorough and uncovered issues that other roofing contractors missed. Their bid was low-pressure and professional: other contractors came in with high estimates and said we will give you 60% off if you respond by such and such a time. Pond did not do that. Pond started the job a week early and finished it promptly. They did an outstanding job. Their cleanup was great, and they followed up with an inspection to be sure the job was done correctly and I was satisfied with the new roof. I highly recommend Pond.

Fantastic job... my church has a slate roof, and they replaced several slates. Looking great. The really fantastic is they looked at an area where inside we had a long-term water issue. They saw what was needed on the roof, and fixed it. We are now watertight. So happy, everyone in the church is happy. Great job at a very fair price.

We had a very good experience with Pond Roofing when we had our new roof installed. They started the process by going over all of the roofing options that they offer and estimates for each one. They gave us lots of time to do our research before we made the decision to have them do the work. We were very happy with their workmanship and material warranties.

They were on time and polite. They did an excellent job and I recommend them to everyone. They were very flexible when I needed to coordinate with my gutter guard company. They kept me informed about some rotten plywood under the garage roof. I think their pricing is excellent and they use superior products. They are not like the door to door solicitors who showed us fake pictures. They honestly told us we could wait a few years to replace the roof, but I decided to have it done and get it out of the way. They deserve five stars!

Got wonderful service from Pond Roofing today — as in the past. I highly recommend them. They installed a new roof in my house 10 years ago. It was a great job, and I have yet to have a single problem with it. Today they came out to advise me how to deal with a problem with flashing (on an addition roof they did not install). They could not have been more helpful or friendly. Pond has a great reputation, and it’s easy to see why!

Team Pond provided professional service from the senior estimator to the production coordinator to the installation foreman and crew. They did an excellent job and completed on schedule. The new roof looks great, and no issues are expected. Time, of course, will tell. Anthony T. provided exceptional customer service as he came to inspect the inside of my attic to determine the cause of the roof leak, then prepare the estimate and connect me with the work team and office team who also provided excellent workmanship. From our first meeting, Von Ward was an absolute pleasure to work with - no pushy selling tactics like we found with some other companies - just honest, up-front communication. The roofing and gutter job went seamlessly, start to finish. Joe explained the process clearly, and was always available to answer questions. The company kept us updated through the whole process by email, as far as what phase of the process we were in. The work crews explained what they were doing and why. They took many photos of the process, as support documentation, which were shared with us. Their cleanup of the yard and parkland across our back fence was thorough. It was a windy day, and they were able and willing to track down the scattering debris. They cleaned up nails, etc. with a metal bar afterward, as did Joe on the day he came to do the final inspection. Great job, all. We are very happy customers!

With Pond we finally found a roofing company that put us at ease, made us feel secure in their ability to do the work. After talking to Anthony we knew they were being straightforward with us and we’re not trying to rip us or the insurance company off. Many other companies had tried that with us.If you are looking for a solid, trust worthy, honest, family style company look no further.They showed up on time, they finished early, they cleaned the yard multiple times. The field supervisor came and inspected the work and ran a magnet over the yard. A week later Anthony can back out and sat with us to go over our questions and inspect the work again. That’s crazy good service.

I purchased a new roof with skylights and a beautiful new front door from Pond Roofing. My account representative Anthony Themak was excellent to work with. It started with a leaky skylight and he provided a quote for just changing those as an option, but I decided to replace the entire roof. Anthony answered my questions. My neighborhood has a lot of regulations on how it has to be done and he paid good attention to all that. Cleanup was good. I had a question about the front door and they sent someone out to check it out. Part of the reason I used Pond is that I had called them several years ago twice to check the roof for leaks. They didn't find any and didn't try to sell me at that time. They have great customer service in the office as well and keep you informed on scheduling. For what you get I think their pricing is good. I highly recommend them.
