It was a pleasure working with Enrique and his team. They helped us transform our Garage based on an idea from a Pinterest, and did a splendid job of the same. We had issues with our epoxy floor (sticky after a few days of installation) but the Iboy team did a great job of fixing it. We recently had our kitchen remodeled, the interior of our home painted and multiple light fixtures installed including recessed lighting. Enrique and his team were awesome. They explained how they would do the project from start to finish. They helped us with selecting the vendors for countertops, backsplash, cabinetry, paint, etc. When we made our choices he did a computer rendition of how the finished product would look like which was very helpful. He was honest in his estimates and gave us daily updates sent to a website. It was a very large job and took about a month. He and his crew were always prompt and cleaned up after each day. They did the work in sections which allowed my wife and I to maintain some sense of normalcy while the work progressed. The work encompassed the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and the downstairs bathroom to give you an idea of the amount of work done. We even had minor additional upgrades requested while the job was in progress. The upgrades were done and yet Enrique still completed the job on time.As far as how everything came out, all I can say is wow. The difference is night and day. The quality and craftsmanship really shows. My family, friends and neighbors who have seen it were impressed by the color scheme and the modern look that will never look dated. If anyone is considering any home project I highly recommend Iboy Construction Services. They will work to fit your needs and your budget. We spent more than our original budget but it was well worth every penny. Our open kitchen/dining room concept will never need to have additional work down the road which is important to me because I hate the feeling of going in cheap and lamenting the decision later. In a couple of years it will be our bathrooms and we will be using Iboy.

I hired Enrique and his team to complete a total tear-down and replacement of our front and back decks. They did a fantastic job on the rebuild and the staining, and they left the front yard and back patio area cleaner than before they started. Above all else, Enrique had amazing customer service and communication; he always reached out to confirm my style and building preferences. If he couldn't get in touch with me during the work day, he would email me and contact my husband to make sure we confirmed any changes before they were made. On multiple occasions, he would show up at the house to talk to me about the project at 6 am because he knew I needed to leave for work at 6:30 am. Even if I offered to go in late to work to accommodate his schedule, he insisted on adjusting his schedule for me. Enrique has superior communication and customer service, which is so hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend Iboy Construction Services LLC! Once we finalized the material , he scheduled the installation within a week's timeframe. The job was completed in just one day. Overall great experience and satisfactory work. Highly recommend.

Bottom Line: This is the first time we have used this company, and they did excellent work for a reasonable price. Communication: Scheduling the estimate was easy and good communication continued throughout the process. Quality of Work: The front of our home is primarily brick and a faux engineered stucco. About a dozen small patches of the stucco were rotting, and we wanted to repair those areas vice reface the entire front of the house, especially as we had just retrimmed the whole front of the house in Hardie board and installed new windows within the last 5 years. As it turns out, finding a company to do the repair was VERY difficult as MOST companies only wanted to reface the whole thing. In addition, we wanted all of the front windows recaulked as they were showing signs of cracking. Only Iboy Construction Services and two other companies out of about a dozen were even willing to bid on a smaller project as this. The project manager and I thoroughly talked about options, including an overall refacing, but he was confident he could affect repair and did not attempt to upsell me. Overall, it was excellent work. They cut out and replaced the rotted portions using owner-provided left over engineered stucco and used plaster to blend in the new sections to the existing stucco boards. You can not even tell these sections were replaced. The caulking around the windows was done neatly, and although the company overestimated the amount of caulk required by about a dozen, they left me all the extras. Pricing: Price was the middle of three highly ranked Angie’s List companies providing estimates. The project manager's obvious expertise, upfront and clear appraisal with no upselling, timely communications, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project and made it all worth it.

They were on time and did excellent job, they applied extra layer of paint when needed, work took longer time than anticipated, however customer satisfaction and quality of work come first for them.
