This company was used by the owners of the home I purchased to install new gutters per our agreement. After the home was purchased I noticed the gutters were not draining and just overflowing onto the porch. I contacted Davenport and asked to get an appointment to take a look at them in October. They were too busy and couldn't find a day that worked for us. I've contacted them several times and even spoke to them while the installed gutters at my place of employment. They say they will reach out but never return calls. I had to pay another company to repair the new gutters.

I have been working with this company for many years throughout many construction projects. Easy and quick to get qoutes. My sales rep always easy to reach and prompt to resolve any concerns. AND THEY ARE ACTUALLY ALWAYS ON THE SCHEDULE.

Great pricing compared to other companies. They did insulation in my attic as well as install a garage door at my house. Would be 5 stars but could not get a return phone call about the ETA on my garage door. Installers were very friendly. Would recommend them and use them again on future projects.

I had re-arranged my schedule for a pre-determined appointment , I called the office 3 times after "NO SHOW"I was told that the Cory was in the office area and had been given the message to call me. He was dealing with garage doors.I had re-scheduled my whole day to make the appointment and Cory NEVER called me back or in any way contacted meThis was my second attempt to have the services of this company.The last time I told them what I wanted for my new construction, closed cell foam and rock wool insulation.I contacted them 3 different times for a quote and they insisted on quoting me for pink insulatoon.I finally had to contract a different coany even though I wanted to give them my business since they are a local coany.I am SUzpTEmELY happy with the service I got from the cpany in a neighboring county. My energy hills are low be and I am never regretting my choice.I know this is long but I hope you find it yelpful.made a way to contact ke. I tolcontacted me.

If less than one star war possible then it would be less than one star. How do you rate a company that doesn’t even show up when they tell you they’re going to show up to talk about doing the job. Their guy Corey, told me he would be out. He never came, glad I didn’t takeoff work to wait for him. I wouldn’t hire them if they were the last company on earth,I mean how could you? They won’t even show up to talk to you about it. dodged a bullet there……

Davenport did spray foam insulation for a 400 sq ft space over my garage I'm finishing. They did a great job communicating pricing options as well as scheduling throughout the planning stage. The work needed to be pushed back a day which they communicated and then called the day of to provide an estimated time of arrival. The guys showed up and did a great job spraying around critical rough-ins, as well as a tub wall which was up probably up a little too early. The space looks thoroughly insulated now and without a doubt I'd use them again if I had another insulating job.

We were in desperate need of insulation. They were easy to schedule an estimate and also the labor during this time of year, which I'm sure they're busy. I'm especially impressed because my house is in West Virginia which might be a little further away than they normally work. Sal and Cruz were the installers who did our insulation work. They were very friendly and know exactly what they were doing. They didn't leave a mess behind either. Thanks again Davenport!

No return Calls, Did not show when scheduled on two occasions. After 30 days of waiting for insulation work to be done. I went elsewhere. Poor phone manners and felt like I was bothering them to have $2000 of work done at my home.

They must be understaffed. I called four times from 11:15 - 1:20 on May 10 and the answering machine picks up due to "high volume" of calls. I than press "5" to leave a message regarding leaving a quote and instead of allowing me to leave a quote, the entire message starts over. I used them to insulate a new home construction four years ago and this was going to be a sure job for them but we will go somewhere else. I remember getting a hold of them years ago being a problem as well.

BEEARE. They do not stand behind their products with lifetime warranties even if you still have the receipt. If you have problems, they will keep telling you that they will check into your problem and get back to you. However you never hear from them no matter how many times you call and speak to a manager.
