My wife and I recently had Fletcher build two decks and a patio for our home. The team was great to work with on design and construction. The result is exactly what we hoped for. Fletcher’s cost was competitive, their workers were wonderful, work was done promptly and they cleaned up well when they were done. We interviewed five firms before getting started and we are very happy we chose Fletcher.

In summary, Fletcher customer service, passion for design and functionality, and quality beat the competition. Unsurprisingly, that came at a slightly higher price than competition.This project started as a desire for a small 2nd deck for my townhouse. The consultant helped me expand that to what I really wanted: an 8’x16’ herringbone pattern deck with a 2’x6’ grill bump out, cocktail rail, a cocktail bar, a patio of the same dimension but with an 8’ semi-circular fire pit bump out done in uni-lock pavers and with a lighted sitting wall.It’s beautiful and we highly recommend Fletcher to our friends!

Fletcher installed our original deck in 2017 (a 10 by 10) and after getting comparisons we decided to offer them the opportunity to extend our deck and add stairs. Devon, Ashby (Project Manager), and Dennis (Crew Leader) were AMAZING!!! From sitting down to provide estimates (and revisions) to the completion, these guys were professional and made things easy!! Everything turned out better than we imagined, and we are so pleased with the finished project. The added space and access from the second level to the backyard are perfect.

Overall very happy with our 3 Season patio enclosure. Honestly there were many difficulties due to the existing deck footings. Not Fletchers fault but the County made us excavate twice. Fletcher kept after it and took responsibility to get it done. Cody was an excellent project manager and all the Fletcher staff are helpful.

Roof inspection and quote was thorough and quick! Jeremy communicated very well and was 15 minutes early. Ashby was the project lead on my deck project. Bottomline: He was fantastic! He was on site daily to ensure everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail and desire to ensure an exceptional final product was second to none.Gabe was my sales lead and POC if I had an overarching concern or question. He too was phenomenal and I look forward to working with him again on future projects.Matt Miner brought it home with several precision fixes on my final punch list. An amazing guy with incredible skills.A great company, especially if you get assigned these three gentlemen! I work with people and I will say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had from the sales team to the very end. Coy was very professional and went over all the different options so I can make the best decision for what suits me best and my budget. Requested an estimate to replace my roof from Fletcher Home and the representative Devon Mulgrew came out to do the review of my roof and provide the estimate. I was very impressed with his professionalism and keen knowledge of the roofing process. He very patiently explained every step of the process so that I was able to make an informed decision whether to move forward or not.I am looking forward to my new roof! My wife and I are extremely pleased with Fletcher Construction.Fletcher Construction provided quality craftmanship at a good price. From the initial visit by Travis to the completion of our contract, everyone was professional and accommodating. They all worked with us to help us make the best decisions for our budget. The installation experience was just as awesome. Our PM Andy visited and stayed in touch daily throughout the job. Augustine and his crew, took their time doing their work paying attention to the details, gave me the time when I would go out to see the progress and thoroughly cleaned up daily. I have been in construction for well over 30 years and I've soon good contractors and I've seen bad. I can tell anyone reading this that they will not regret their decision to use Fletcher for their decking project. We certainly don't! Thank You all!

My deck looks better than I thought it would. I was excited about the mock up, but even happier w the finished product. Agustin was professional and very courteous. We had extra (home) challenges w a tree falling in his work space, during my build and he handled them professionally and without a glitch. Great work by the entire team from start to finish!

Fletchers is now my go-to contractor!!! Travis Garrison came to my house today and did my roof estimate. He was very trustworthy and awesome overall! He was genuine, and you could tell he knew and believed in the company and their products and wants just trying to make the sale. I appreciate the time spent answering the questions I had and details that he taught me. Best of all they are a local company doesn’t treat you like a lead at a call center.

Fletcher Construction did an amazing job with our deck renovation and addition of a new portico over our front door (see posted before and after pictures). From the first visit with Gabe, who walked us through the many options and provided us a custom quote that day, to the final walkdown of our new deck and portico to ensure we were satisfied Fletcher Construction was timely, professional and made the process of renovation so easy. Damien, the project manager, got in contact with us early and had great communication throughout the project. He was routinely onsite during all portions of the job and kept us informed on the progress, inspections, and expected completion times. The office staff was equally impressive as they made financing and permitting very easy. They were able to pull plot plans and saved me a trip to the county office. Matt, the owner, even came out to the job-site to ensure we were being taken care of. We were completely satisfied with the entire team assigned to our project. Lastly, the actual crew that did the work were knowledgeable and reliable. This gave us reassurance that the deck and portico were going to look amazing, which was exactly the end result. We are completely satisfied with the final product and have had multiple comments from others in the neighborhood. We had two remodel jobs done. One was a tub to shower renovation and the other was the front porch with brand new composite wood. Both jobs were done with great care and professionalism.
