Melissa and the crew at Premium were fantastic! My husband and I had them renovate our kitchen and it made all the difference in our home. We used Ikea for kitchen cabinets and had issues getting all the materials in on time but Premium was so kind and patient with all of our hold-ups and were eager to be sure everything looked the way we wanted it. They also were great with communicating any issues and scheduling updates. They proved so trustworthy, we allowed them to work on our house for two weeks while we weren't there! We have already contacted them again for other house projects we have and can not recommend them enough!

I discovered a leak occurring around a ceiling AC vent on the 3rd floor of my Townhome, the source of which was difficult to identify. I did hear a dripping sound behind the wall of the upstairs kids bedroom, which added to the mystery. I looked up Premium General Contractors (using Thumbtack app) and asked them for a free estimate. They were quick to reply and performed a rapid onsite diagnostic to ultimately identify an issue with incorrectly installed flashing between my TH and the neighbors (we had replaced our roof recently and it appears to have occurred during that time). Premium General replaced the flashing and shingles within a day and guarantee the work. Pretty much solved my headache without much fuss, thank you so much!
