Shaq and his team are by far some of the most professional and courteous contractors I have ever dealt with. Shaq was quick to come out and get my roof inspection done and assist me in getting the insurance process completed. This was one of the most efficient operations I have had the pleasure of using. Shaq and his team were outstanding. Completed a detailed inspection of the roof and coordinated with my insurance company to make sure that the estimate was reasonable and all costs were disclosed and covered. The entire job was done in one day. A rain gutter, that had been damaged during the roofing work, was simply replaced without question. I recommend Shaq and his team without reservation!

Shaq and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Process went on through the holidays and then some tough weather after and they had no problem talking me off the ledge when I was frustrated. Omarr even came out during sketchy weather just on the off chance the insurance company would be there since we hadn't heard from them. When we finally had a concrete day they moved their whole schedule to make sure someone was there to speak for me. Shaq and Omarr really are top tier and their team did a great job with my roof. Can't recommend them enough

Shaq’s restoration services is a cut above. From the first call unil completion I received first class service. Omar Payton, General Manager, was great about communicating throughout the process. He temporarily covered the roof to prevent further damage and walked me through the insurance claim process. At one point, I had doubts we would get claim approval, but Omar assured me he would do everything he could to get it resolved. He met with the adjuster for the initial inspection and communicated with the adjuster throughout the claim process. Once approved, I was scheduled within the same week. The crew arrived on time and Tito, Site Manager, was patient with all my many questions. Supplies were delivered on time and by the end of the day I had a beautiful new roof and the interior leak damage was repaired. The team worked throughout the day cleaning the debris from the yard and took extra precaution to protect my pool. During installation both Omar and Shaq came out to ensure everything was running smoothly. I received great customer service, professional results, and an excellent overall experience. I had exterior damages to my home due to a winter storm that happened earlier in the month. After having had a bad experience with the contractor my insurance company recommended, I reached out to Shaq. He answered my call and came and inspected my property the same day. He walked me through the claims process and explained the damages he saw and what needed to be done. He was thorough and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He followed up with me again the next day and was responsive to all of my questions prior to scheduling repairs. This is my first time having to go through something like this and he made the entire process very smooth for me. Out of a large handful of contractors I have been in contact with over the past several weeks, Shaq was the most courteous, professional and responsive of any of them. The DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) is known for shoddy contractors and subquality work, yet Shaq put me at ease and definitely exceeded my expectations!!
