These guys know what they’re doing! Pleased from start to finish. We gutted the kitchen, took out half walls and expanded an opening. Moved waterlines and gas lines. He works with wonderful interior designers and cabinet designer. Very happy with our end result and will definitely be using the XPR team in the future!

We were so fortunate to have found XPR for our bathroom remodel. We loved everything about the experience. Dan was professional and knowledgeable and his team was efficient, respectful, and they did a fantastic job. We live in an old home that was once a stone barn so our home is very unique. We knew what we needed but we weren't sure how to tackle some of the things we needed. Everything turned out great and they were able to update the bathroom but keeping with look and feel of our home. We love our new bathroom! YES. We removed a wall and expanded the kitchen. The kitchen renovation included - a new 12-foot island, upgraded appliances, rerouting of pipes, a pot-filler, and more. The bathroom renovation included a new expanded shower. flooring, larger tub, and new walls. How does one properly extol the best contracting experience he's ever had? I don't know, but Dan and his team certainly delivered it when I decided to remodel my kitchen and first floor. I am the envy of my neighborhood thanks to the remarkable job they did on my Reston townhouse by the water. First, it's great to have one throat to choke on a complete demolition and remodeling of an entire floor of the house. Dan Jasinski and his crew at XPR (shout-out to Gustavo and Sidney!) made me feel that there was nothing I ever needed to worry about. This was a huge job done with no drama whatsoever and the small glitches that inevitably came up were handled immediately and with expert professionalism. Their coordination and efficiency has to be seen to be believed. I was given an estimate of seven weeks to complete the job and they literally left on the last day of the seventh week, never once missing a day of work for lack of materials, cabinets, flooring, or any other reason. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors looking to upgrade their homes and they will definitely be back to work on any and all future renovations at my house now that I have found them.

Daniel and the team did a wonderful job on our master bath. From the first day gutting the entire bath to the last day finishing up all the last details, the team was helpful and professional. The work is beautiful and we've have several compliments since finishing up. A few additional tweaks - like an extra recess niche, deepening the shower seat, and changing up the lighting all were done without drama - always nice on a big project.Daniel checks on his team throughout the project and is always available and responsive to questions. XPR turned our 1980s Master bathroom into a world of relaxation! The workman showed great craftmanship in their attention to details in the tile work, molding, unique lighting, and paint. They completed the work on time and within the original budget. Following the Master, they transformed a basement disaster bathroom and the hall bath into friendly, updated bathrooms. Daniel is easy to work with and he checks the work of his employees. He wanted to make sure that we were happy throughout the process. We would hire this team again!

I have worked with this company on personal projects and also recommended them to my clients as an Interior Designer. After quite a few "second chances", I decided that it was time to sever ties. The work in many cases required additional contractors to come in behind this company to finish the project properly with additional costs to my company and to the client. Permits were not pulled in a timely manner or not pulled at all in some cases causing some serious issues for clients. The quality of work deteriorated and in many cases, they became very unreliable by not showing up to finish projects as scheduled with no notice to the clients. I highly recommend staying away from this company for any home renovation or painting projects.

This was the absolute worst experience we have had with any contractor in the Loudoun Co area. The owner, Daniel, was not responsive During the project when my husband and I reported there were issues with the unprofessional and shoddy work of his contractors. They left trash in our yard and driveway, spilled paint on one of my dressers, and much more! They broke a piece of trim under our foyer window and lied about a rotten piece of trim that needed to be replaced. There was not a piece of rotten trim and after ripping off the trim, and cracking the wood, they peeled off the cracked piece, painted the trim and replaced it after it sat on my front porch for more than a week. And now it has a big dent in the trim! The painting work was less than professional. There were many flaws including finger prints and ceiling paint dropped down the walls and on our floors! The lead guy, named Christian, was very immature and constantly argued with us regarding the scope of the job. He never knew what the scope was. We even asked him if he had a copy of the scope, which he said he did, but we still had to remind him of the work that needed to be done. The light fixture in the foyer was supposed to be cleaned and have new lights installed. They installed the lights, but didn’t clean it and in fact left it even dirtier with their huge fingerprints!! When the lead guy, Christian, told my husband he was done and about to leave, he acted surprised when we asked him to have his guys move the heavy furniture back to where it originally was. It was his guys that moved the furniture to paint, and we were told everything would be out back at the completion of the job. Our foyer furniture sat in our dining room rendering it unusable for over a week after they competed the foyer. However, we discovered they didn’t move the furniture back in one of the bedrooms! In fact, a large dresser with mirror still attached is sitting in the middle of one of the bedrooms! Don’t ever expect a professional carpentry job done. Daniel promised well-trimmed, air-tight dormer doors would be installed in our master bedroom. What we got was flimsy and bowed plywood that was rough cut with splinters. The door was supposed to be insulated with styrofoam but the lead guy, Christian, again argued with us regarding the insulation. The door was supposed to be airtight, but they are far from that. There were supposed to be magnetic patches on the doors. It instead the screwed on barrel latches and didn’t etch out the space for them. Now when the wind blows, we get to hear a constant Metal barrel latch rattling in our bedroom. When we found out they were going to just paint the rough plywood, we ended up stopping the job and will have our handyman repair their shoddy work. The owner, Daniel, was supposed to come for a walkthrough on Thursday, canceled and asked if he could come first thing Friday, then texted to see if he could come at the end of the day Friday. We still have yet to see Daniel for the walk-through. At this point, we don’t expect to see or hear from this awful company again. I’ve hired a handyman to fix all of their imperfections and mistakes. Do not trust this company! The price is astronomically high for the poor quality of work.
