From start to finish, my experience was aamazing. I had a roof replaced on a townhome and the work looks beautiful. Kimberly went above and beyond to manage the scheduling and details. Francisco and his team did a wonderful job and were open to questions. Bill came back to my home to discuss the estimate for the job on two occasions. They also blew the leaves off the connecting townhome. My roof was covered in leaves and they did a wonderful job cleaning up. The yard looks better after they did the work! I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. Great work!

The Custom Home Improvements and Repairs Team reroofed our large 35 year old roof which is complex and has two skylights. We received HOA approval for the weathered wood roof color, the roof itself, and skylights, choosing a warranty with the assist of William Pyle, General Manager, whose good graces and help with questions was so generous and informative. There was never any pressure.Kimberly, at the Home Office, lent her support numerous times and the outstanding team of competent, intelligent Roofers performed at a work level way above average in volume and consistent performance.Francisco and Neil, Project Managers, built our trust through their command of the Team and the process and answered any and all questions at appropriate times. The entire team was meticulous in timelines and commitments, in addition to the cleaning of all areas outside the home during and post project.The GAF Timberline HDZ shingles are the best choice in quality in this industry in my opinion and there are a wide range of warranties to choose from. I appreciated the call and returned texts from the Owners and executives who continued the communication process providing further insight that was invaluable to say the least, followed by a home visit that we will treasure forever. I would not hesitate to say that this is a perfect group of extremely valuable and talented people, a managed company with values that exceed today's roofing standards in performance and skill, as well as customer service. I would highly recommend this Team for roofing or skylights. The outcomes are truly ones of beauty and excellence and viewed against our skyline here in Virginia.
