Shanco representatives were personal and professional; they conducted the inspection, gave us a very competitive estimate and scheduled the work to meet our schedule. Shanco replaced my roof a few years ago due to hail damage. A few days ago I noticed my master bedroom's ceiling had a water bubble due to roof leak around a venting pipe from heavy rain. I left customer service a message online and received a phone call next day to schedule a service appointment. The technician Jonathan showed up the next day and fixed the leak by putting the new sealant around all the venting pipes. They will schedule another crew to fix the interior damage. This is the first time I had to deal with Shanco's after-sale support. They were easy, very prompt and offered great service. Highly recommended!

The Sr. Property Inspector/ Storm Restoration Specialist Charles Owen with Shanco Roofing from start to finish was absolutely amazing!!! Did a free inspection not knowing i could get everything approved thru insurance but Charles Owen professionalism, expertise in the business, and identifying storm damage to my house helped explain the process of filing a claim thru the insurance saving me over $16,000 as i got a New Timberline HDZ GAF Architectural Shingle Roofing System and all new siding on my house! We had Triston Gizzard from Shanco come out and perform a roof inspection, to find out the hail storm back in April resulted in full roof replacement.Need to update my original review as I found the skylights on my screened in porch are leaking. When I got out on the roof to check things out, found all of my gutter guards were crushed in to install the new drip edge during their roof installation. So now I have everything piling up on them instead of rolling off the roof. Have contacted the company on both issues but waiting to hear back on their plan for resolution. With the final payment having already been submitted, will see how long it takes to get it resolved.Shanco came out a couple weeks later and replaced the crushed gutter guards with new ones, not perfect (see attached picture for one example), but better than the ones they crushed in. Skylights were replaced with newer ones and no longer leak. I did need to spend an additional 500 to get the interior of my screened in porch squared away with the new profile of the replacement skylights.

These guys were awesome. When we noticed a leak in our house, we were recommended Shanco. They called me back within a day and Justin Vanegas who works for them was out there within a week. He took his time, going over every square inch of my roof and determined that there was storm damage to the roof. They work with a public adjuster and between Shanco and the adjuster, I didn't have to do anything. They filed my claim, took the pictures and worked with my insurance company on a date for their inspector to come out. A couple of hours prior to the insurance inspector coming out, Shanco was there on the roof, chalking all the damage for them to see. Within 48 hours of that inspection, the check was cut and I was on my way to getting a new roof.Shanco then sent me all their tiles for me to choose from and helped pick ones that were closet to the old color. Once they had ordered all the material they were there within about 2 weeks with it and the roofers came ready to work. The roofers were there when they said they would be, had my old roof off in hours and proceeded to put on the new roof all the while cleaning up. They had my new roof 99% complete in one day! They returned the next day to put the finishing touches on it and to finish cleaning. Such a fast process for what I thought would be a full 2-3 day job.What I am also most pleased about was the quality control. The Project Manager came out to the house, got on the roof to ensure that the roof was on correct and to document any deficiencies that he found. While there will always be a little, he ensured me that his team would be back out to fix minor things. I thought that was excellent customer service.I would recommend anyone to Shanco for their professionalism and workmanship. From start to finish, I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I contacted Shanco roofing and Charles Owen Sr. property inspector came out gave us a free inspection on our roof upon further inspection he identified Charles Owen identified storm damage on our roof we were a little skeptical at first but Charles Owen Professionalism expertise and his personality keptice as we follow the claim through our insurance shanco roofing got us approved for a brand new full roof replacement saving us $13,000 and the only thing we paid was our deductible we are overly satisfied. from start to finish the roofing crew craftsmanship was amazing they were clean courteous professional and there clean up was absolutely pristine perfect! Initially I gave them 1 star due to poor customer support and no follow up or return calls from the project supervisor on my job. I was then contacted by Bruce Lemon who is the regional supervisor who apologized and has since taken care of my issues. He also advised that the aforementioned supervisor had been fired. Due to Bruce’s attention I’m very satisfied now.

Charles Owen, Shanco Senior Property Inspector/Storm Damage Specialist, did a free inspection of our property. He found hail and other damage, which he documented with pictures taken during his inspection. He explained the insurance process and how he would be the point of contact with the insurance company. Most appealing was the total cost to us would only be our deductible, saving us considerable money. Our home had a high grade shingle and Charles said we would get a comparable shingle (the high grade Presidential shingle was used). For the most part the proceedings have taken place just as Charles said they would; there remains a few issues to be dealt with the project manager. I highly recommend Shanco Roofing. I am very pleased with my new roof and the level of service that I received from the entire Shanco team throughout the entire process. Pablo Gamez came out to my house for my initial inspection and then again with the claims adjustor. He acted as my spokesperson with insurance and ensured my replacement was covered. Pablo was always available to answer any of my questions and guide me through the process. Once my claim was approved, I was on the schedule for a new roof within a week! During the day of the install, my project manager, Craig Pace, was on top of everything and available for all my questions. He even stayed late on Friday to double check all the of work. Johnathan Andrews also came by the house later in the week to clean up my attic, and Jerry Barber checked in on me multiple times during the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, I can’t recommend Shanco enough! They were extremely responsive, professional, and attentive to all my needs, and I am very satisfied with my experience.Service: Roof installation

Jared Smyser, Sales Manager was our main contact at Shanco. He was excellent to work with and earned my trust. The process was very smooth, starting with a knock on the door asking if we had any interest in having our roof inspected for hail damage (other neighborhood properties did have hail damage). After his roof inspection was completed, he showed us detailed pictures of the hail damage to our roof. He then explained the insurance process and how he would work with the insurance estimator, what Shanco offered as far as materials and warranties and answered my many questions. After that first meeting I did my own research on Shanco. I found they used the highest rated shingle in the industry, provided exceptional warranties, and most importantly had excellent reviews from our neighborhood friends that had already used Shanco for roof and gutter replacement. After the project was completed a claim specialist from our insurance complany called and asked if he could visit our home and inspect the roof. He rated the work done as "excellent quality".
