We recently had an attic ladder installed so we could make more practical use of our attic space for storage. The quote from the company we used for that job was really high, so we got a quote from JPM. Their price was reasonable and we decided to proceed. They were here yesterday and did great work! They showed up on time and worked hard all day to deliver beyond our expectations for the attic storage space. Each of the workers were kind and respectful and they left our home clean as well. Hope to work with JPM on other projects in the future!

Updated with side by side before and after photos.We finally found our permanent contractor for all of our service needs. I cannot rave enough about how great this Company is. Frank and his team were hired for a ground up Master Bathroom remodel. Frank had the best communication of any company I've dealt with in 10 years in the area. Frank and his team arrived on time every day. They were professional and the work is incredible. They finished a week faster than any other Company estimated. This was primarily due to their absolute dedication to their work. They stayed late when needed, to finish important steps. They worked weekends based on our schedule. You can tell that Frank cares about the quality of his work. We've already booked Frank to finish our basement and have several more projects that we will use his Company for. Frank and his team were fantastic. We converted a loft into a bedroom, redid a powder room, and made a new room in the basement for a gym. Frank’s team arrived the same time every day, worked hard throughout the day, and delivered quality work. Everyone was easy to communicate with and quickly understood our plans and requests. We’re very very pleased!! with the work that Frank and his crew have done for my husband (Charles)and myself. our first project was remodel basement bathroom and laundry room…outstanding job!!!Second project… remodel upstairs bathroom, painted upstairs level and hallway, put beautiful carpet strips on our steps, painted The first level,which is the living room, kitchen dining room. also, remodeled my powder room, kitchen backsplash,light fixture,electrical plugs, etc. I will highly recommend Frank and his crew. I can't recommend JPM enough. They are a one-stop shop for anything you need. They painted my entire home and were finished in two days, it looks wonderful. They installed fans and new plumbing fixtures while they were at it. The team is communicative and timely. I couldn’t be happier with the work that Frank and his crew did for us. JPM Construction finished our kitchen in just about a week and a half and it looks stupendous. The quality of the work is second to none. Frank was very responsive when it came to communication when a change in design or additions to the primary design where desired. Love the deck that Frank and his company built on my property last October. JPM Construction and his workers arrived on time every morning and were very polite and conscientious. All my questions were always answered. His price was very reasonable, too. I called him 2 days go to help with issues on the roof and the gutters that needed to be secured. The next morning he arrived and completed all tasks. He installed electrical boxes in the attic and cleaned up extra wiring that was not needed. I highly recommend Frank for any handyman issues. He is licensed and insured...this is very important for any work being done in your home.

All the work JPM has done for us has been amazing. So far, they poured a new concrete slab to be the foundation of our home gym, assembled a 10x14 shed that came with very vague instructions, built a raised garden bed, and repaired water damage above our fireplace. Frank is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly! The team was always on time and worked so hard. He was also extremely patient with the re-scheduling we had to do with such a rainy spring and outdoor projects.We will absolutely use JPM again, and already have another project planned.

We just bought a 3 BR townhouse, but needed a 4th BR, and the ground floor den area was a great opportunity. The JPM Construction team provided outstanding recommendations for design of a wall to create a new BR complete with a closet and newly wired recess lighting. The job took 3 days from start to finished painting, at it's perfect. Our son now has a good sized bedroom and the house entrance way looks better than it did when we bought the house. Great team, great craftsmanship, great price. Highly recommend to anyone in the NOVA area looking to do home improvements!
