Jeremiah and company replaced my roof several years ago and all went well. Just before expiration of warranty, I notice shingles were loose and falling. I contacted Jeremiah and he said he would come out and take care of it. Turns out he never received the final payment from insurance. I immediately contacted the insurance company that I had at the time and they were very helpful and took care of the payment. Jeremiah promptly sent out his guys, who took care of the repairs.I was looking to replace my windows and, after researching types of windows and prices, I found that all the windows were pretty the same, but installer was most important. I received an estimate from Anderson Windows who wanted $50,000. for 17 regular windows. I DON'T THINK SO!!!I remembered Orion did window replacements, so I contacted Jeremiah. He is very honest and patient and I trusted he would do a good job at a reasonable price. He and his crew didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend Orion.Ken BatesLakeridge, VA

Could not have asked for a better siding, gutters and painting experience with Orion. Not the lowest quote, not the highest, but we got solid, quality work with quality products and a very smooth experience, for a reasonable price.Their estimator came out and intently listened, laid out our options, and made sure we were all on the same page. He was honest and transparent about what could be done, what couldn’t be done, and ultimately provided a very detailed, fair estimate.He was there when the crew arrived on the first day, and again took pains to ensure everyone was on the same page. The crew was respectful of the home, clean, efficient, and polite and friendly when we had to interact with them. The project manager visited the job each day and liaised between us and the crew, as opportunities for clarification arose.The crew’s work was just as detailed and fastidious as the estimate, and everything they worked on, from the siding replacement to the exterior house painting and gutter replacement, went very smoothly. The end result exceeded our expectations, especially as the house is 70 years old with additions and oddly placed utilities and “old house things” that can make it challenging to work on. They took it all in stride and banged out some fabulous work, though! The house looks better than I’ve ever seen it. People keep noticing too, as we have been getting frequent requests to share Orions info with visitors who see their recent work during their visits.We will definitely work with Orion again!

OHI really saved me when a previous contractor’s work left a sever leak in my roof over a weekend. They got someone out very quickly to patch it, and eventually replaced the entire roof. My experience with this company started off very positive. I had a team member come look at my window and gutter concerns promptly after contacting the company. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I wasn't planning to look any further for a company to work with. However, I was told I would receive a quote the next day, repeatedly, for almost two weeks. I reached out numerous times, email, text, calling, only to be told the quote would be coming that day or the next day each time. Eventually I did receive the quote, but it did not include the gutter guard replacements like I had spoken with the team member about initially. I asked for more information on the quote, but have not heard a response in almost a week.It's a shame because I believe they would be a good company to work with, but the inability to get information or answers promptly has led me to have to look elsewhere.

Orion did a great job with replacing our roof. They worked with our insurance adjustors to assess some wind damage. Their work was excellent and prices were very competitive. We later had storm damage (unrelated to the roof installation) that needed repairs. Orion was very responsive and quickly repaired the damage. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Orion was great in every way. My initial contact was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me understand my options including the benefits and costs of each. He helped me understand my insurance company options and he even gave me guidance for my phone call to make the claim to the insurance company. He worked hard and perfectly on every aspect of my contract. I then dealt with someone who scheduled the job and explained the steps of the job to me, again, perfectly. Lastly, the job was done perfectly, by a crew that was absolutely fantastic. I watched a lot of the work and was super impressed. Orion is company that stands by their work with no questions asked. I was in need of some siding repair and replacement due to strong winds which they repaired. About 18 months an even stronger storm affected the same area but with even more siding that a was impacted the first time. When I called Orion they were immediately responsive, repaired the area and didn't charge me anything for the service. I haven't had any issues since. They are definitely a stand-up company and one that I would readily trust again with my business. if your looking for home improvements I strongly suggest you give them a call.

Just finishing up having a new roof done by Orion. I did my due diligence. Got multiple quotes and based on quality and pricing, chose Orion. Brian Geoffrion was great to work with. He didn't oversell Orion services and I felt comfortable with estimate that he gave compared to other estimates. They were very flexible with my installation dates and my roof was installed in one day. The installation team was amazing and left my yard in great condition! I had an issue with how my siding turned out they Brian was very responsive. They came out and repaired it under the warranty in one-day. Rachel, in the Orion office was always pleasant to talk with and helped me keep this renovation stress free.

Orion Home Improvements LLC replaced our roof this year, in the middle of winter, and did a GREAT job! Andrew came out to look at the roof and worked with our insurance agency to make sure it was completely covered by our insurance. OHI worked hard to get it done quickly and we love the color. Had our roof replaced late last year. It’s been a couple of months and so far no issues. The crew were on time and cleaned up after their work was done. This was my first time dealing with getting a new roof and I was fortunate to have Andrew Wyatt handle my job. Andrew proved to be one of the most professional, respectful and dedicated to his job. When he came to my home he examined my roof very thoroughly, explained all the particulars and walked me through the process of working with my insurance company. He was even there when the insurance inspector came out to assess my roof. He was always there to answer questions and just made the whole process so much easier. Utilized Orion for a roof replacement based on positive recommendation from a neighbor. After doing some research, and getting a few quotes, Orion was the easy choice based on cost and reviews/recommendation.The delivery and installation didn't go perfectly. delivery guys dropped a latter and pulled a front gutter from my porch. They identified it, and replaced it with brand new in a couple days. I was very satisfied.The installation was also not perfect. We recently had a covered porch installed with a seamless roof transition. The original installation performed an OK transition. it was far from "seamless" but I didn't know any better. The new roof matched the recent porch installation, and was also far from seamless, and the matching shingles didn't help as much as I hoped, but it was better. After the inspection of the job by Orion management, they said it wasn't up to their standards, and schedule a repair. The "repair" was the complete removal of that whole side of the house, including half of the porch that they didn't even do, and brand new reinstallation that was now perfectly seamless. We couldn't be happier, and able to recommend Orion for roof, gutter, or anything else they do. Orion Home Improvements put a new roof on my home ( 1957 single family house) and the experience was excellent. Brian G. inspected the roof thoroughly, and discussed the project without becoming a "salesman." I chose Orion because 1) They proposed a quality approach I felt good about. 2) Good price. 3) Recommendation from a neighbor. Their follow through, from scheduling to installation, confirmed my decision. On a roof project, the number of sheets of plywood needing to be replaced can create a big unknown in the final cost. (Some companies wanted to assume a total plywood replacement.) Brian G. made a reasonable estimate, and included that in the bid. Total sheets needed was somewhat higher, and added at reasonable cost, as outlined in contract. So no last minute "sticker shock". The crew was professional, friendly, and efficient. The project was easily completed on the day scheduled. Today it is raining, and I have a new roof!

AJ and Jason worked very hard to provide me with the roof I decided I wanted within my budget. I did my homework as to which shingles and system I wanted to use and Orion was very accommodating. The installation went well. The installers worked hard, were very knowledgeable and performed a quality job and I was very satisfied overall. We has a few issues with the weather and the schedule, but it all worked out well in the end. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my new roof.

Did a better job than I asked for! When I suggested I wanted to repaint cruddy old shutters, they said they'd help out, but gently suggested new ones may be cheaper and easier and indeed they were. They added a simple white trim I hadn't thought of/ordered simply because it looked nicer. I had some electricity issues after the install, and the company jumped in and said not to worry, they would ensure everything was perfectly fine with my electricity -- above and beyond the call of duty. Most companies are looking to shirk responsibility and cut corners- Orion is very much the opposite. Andrew and the team gave me a lot of time, came out and gave us options. Worked with our insurance too -- definitely worth your time to call the Pros, best value at this price point, I'm sure of it.

From start to finish, Drew was able to answer all my questions and if he couldn’t he was able to find the answer and get back to me the next day. Orion Home Improvement did an excellent job with a roof project. The house was damaged by a hailstorm. Orion Home Improvement was one of the many contractors that I called for an estimate. The company gave me the cheapest quote (more than $10,000 cheaper) with the same material and work. I am very impressed by this company. I highly recommend this company for any roof work. AJ was the project manager and he was very helpful as well.

I did business with Orion several years ago. They replaced my roof and fixed some longstanding problems in my attic at the same time. Recently, I called them to examine a house I was considering buying. Brian took over 1 hour investigating the house and found several significant problems that saved us a giant headache. Outstanding! Orion handled roof work and exterior trim work for my mother while she was on work assignment out of the country. I communicated with Orion from Florida. My mother returned to find her home in better condition than when she left. There was no one onsite to monitor Orion's daily work, yet they maintained professionalism and high standards even when no one was watching. I highly recommend this company. They also helped us navigate the insurance claim for the roof loss.

We needed a new roof and I contacted Orion based on the reviews from Angie's List and Yelp. Brian Geoffrion contacted me almost immediately and set up an appointment to come out to my house. What I liked was that he did not insist on both my husband and me being there together. My husband works and preferred not to have to take off if he didn't need to. Brian was friendly, professional and not pushy. He gave me my options and emailed me an estimate shortly after our meeting. After discussing it with my husband, we decided to go with the architectural shingles and we now have our new roof and gutters. We were very happy with the job Orion did.

Andy Wyatt knocked on our door last summer and quite professionally explained that we may have hail damage on our roof and offered to climb on up an give it an inspection. I was immediately impressed with his professional demeanor and could tell instantly that he was genuine. He showed me photos and explained the whole process and that he would manage and meet with the claim adjuster once we filed with our insurance company.Andy did it all for us and he lived up to his promises. While our insurance company had trouble with their adjusters, Andy persevered though it all and delivered as promised. When it came time to actually replacing our roof, it was all done in less than a day.I have worked in the construction business a good part of my business life and know good Project Managers when I see one. Andy and Orion were easy to work with and professional at every step of the process.
