We were told we’d need a new roof after finding wood rot through a leak. We weren’t the happiest people about it but Russ turned it around. He gave us our options and told us what needed to be done and what he could do. We never felt pressured-just informed. Russ communicated very well and we got our roof in about a months time! I've had two jobs from Timothy's Roofing, they did our roof about six years ago and I recently hired them to replace the siding and gutters on our house. Both jobs were extremely well done and professional. Their prices were very competitive and much less than I would expect for this area. The man you deal with most is Russ and he's there every step of the way. He's doesn't just sell you a subcontractor and pick up a check. I talked to him daily about the progress and he supervised the crew onsite which allowed me (and my wife) to be involved in the process which resulted in a beautiful residing job. Our neighbors say it's like we build a new house. I worked in construction before and I can tell you they do excellent work. After years of problems with our roof leaking and a series of minor repairs performed by other companies, we did some research and found Timothy's. They charged very slightly more but appeared to offer a superior product. Two years later, we are very happy with our roof and have had no further problems. They did a lot of extra work without increasing the quoted price to fix problems created by a prior contractor who added an addition when the house was owned by prior owners, corrected overhang and flashing issues, and made other improvements.
