Writing this for my former neighbor. As a retiree, I appreciated that from the first meeting I felt very comfortable. I never felt rushed or pushed and they were just very helpful in explaining to me the process. After that they worked with my insurance adjuster and this resulted in a complete roof and siding restoration, all covered 100% by my homeowners insurance benefits. I had no idea that I had hail and wind damage until they offered to inspect my roof, free of charge. They communicated clearly with me each step of the way. The installation was done quickly, neatly and on time as they promised. I highly recommend Kenvar General Contractors

Kenvar General Contractors responded promptly to my inquiry and was able to set an inspection appointment time that worked with my schedule. They kept me apprised of their schedule and arrived timely. Kenny listened to the concerns that I had about my roof and then thoroughly evaluated the situation. He took pictures of the roof damage and was able to show me and explain why I was having a problem and what he would do to fix it.The repair work itself was scheduled and completed for the estimated price. Overall I was very pleased with Kenvar General Contractors. I will use them again in the future if I have a need. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Prompt response to my request, professional, communication was great They arrived as scheduled and worked their tails off to get the job done in a day. Everyone was friendly, extremely hard working. The clean up while they worked was impressive as well. And not a nail to be found post completion. No flat tires for us!! What a relief and such a smooth process! I called Kenvar Contractors when I had water damage in my home due to a missing section of shingles on my roof. It was an emergency and needed to be taken care of immediately...Kenvar was on it and didn't waste anytime. Kenny was amazing and very patient with me. Unfortunately my insurance claim was having major issues delaying the repairs for quite some time. Kenny was understanding and dealt with the situation calm and professionally. Once the repairs were finished and final payment was being issued, yet again more problems from my insurance company causing more delays, in payment! Kenny never complained never gave me a hard time never stressed me out never made me feel any type of negative way. Of course I eventually paid the man but not after months of burden and tribulation. My roof is amazing and is the sexiest roof in the neighborhood. My HOA is jealous.He even cleaned out my gutters which were ridiculously clogged up. I absolutely recommend Kenvar Contractors for any roof repairs whatsoever. Great work ethic, great quality of work, friendly, cool calm collected. I have given his cards out to all my friends and family and asked them to do the same.
