Eppington Homes served as the general contractors for our attic completion. Mary K., Eric and Mark were awesome to work with. With constant communication, check-ins, and a whatever is needed attitude, we never felt uninformed or lost. We felt like we were their only customers. They made great suggestions along the way, not to increase the budget, but to ensure the end result was exactly what we wanted. I definitely will use them again and recommend them 100%. Eppington homes is currently building us a custom home in Powhatan Va. We chose Eppington due to the owner, Jeff Butler’s, dedication to true one on one service and commitment. I have been in a construction related field for over 35 years and wanted a builder that would build us a true custom home..Jeff and his superintendent, Travis, are on the job daily and in constant contact with us. They have been very patient with our questions, especially my wife who can be a little indecisive. He also uses quality subcontractors and demands quality work.
