Not Reston Roofing. I called them to come out and look at my roof, and then we discussed the work I wanted to do. Don’t you just love it the service you get exceeds your expectations? Most of my roof was damaged. I opted to have the entire roof replaced. After going through tons of Yelp and Google reviews I settled on Reston Roof. It was the positive reviews of their customer service that made me pick them over the other roof repair companies. I got a call back in less than an hour. The guy who was supposed to inspect the house showed up at the exact time we had agreed on. He did a thorough assessment of the damage to my roof, and offered practical solutions. I could immediately tell that he knew a lot about roofing just from the questions he asked and his responses to my concerns. He gave me estimate of the amount of work that needed to be done. We set the time for work to start, and his crew arrived promptly, and immediately set out to work. Reston's crew finished the work in 3 days’ time, just as we had agreed. I was impressed that the crew even cleaned up afterwards. While I hope I won’t be needing his services for a long while, I would definitely recommend them for all roofing works.

After a storm did severe damage to our roof, my wife and I decided it was time to replace the whole thing. Called to get an estimate on April 7th to replace my entire roof. Was told I would receive it the same day. Called this morning several times and no one answered. So I left a message asking if they could provide me their estimate as I needed to make a decision. Never heard anything back- no call, no email- nothing. When I called Reston, I found the staff to be courteous and prompt in scheduling an inspection. A couple of guys came out and provided a reasonable price estimate. They actually did not require an initial deposit as other roofing companies did. Just prior to the job, they confirmed the appointment. During the 4 days that the crew worked on the project, they appeared to be very efficient and competent. They were very careful at the end of the job to make sure that the property was thoroughly cleaned up. The idea of a major roofing job like this could have been very nerve-wracking for me as the property owner but the process that I went through with them put me at ease. I had the pleasure of working with Reston roof company when my roof needed replacement back in 2020. After noticing some leaks on my ceiling, I called around and got estimates from several roofing companies. The analysis from this company that was done to my roof was unmatched by any other company. This was because their team is made up of actual contractors as opposed to a sales rep, which every other company sent out. The contractor pointed out where the problem areas were, gave a very reasonable estimate, and even highlighted some additional issues with our skylight and chimney. Needless to say, we went with this company, hands down. Overall, I could not have asked more from this company. They definitely know what they are doing, are familiar with codes, and they will treat your roof like it is their own. Definitely go with them if you want the job done right.

During my initial interaction with the company, they left me a high degree of confidence that they knew their stuff. The guy I talked with - sorry I forgot his name - promised us a specific start date and they delivered on it. The workers were courteous and professional, and just did their work very efficiently. The supervisor said it that it would take 4+ days and that is exactly what it took. The team even did me a solid by having his guys toss some demo's sheet rock from my patio ceiling into his dumpster, and he did not need to offer that to me. What I liked most was their transparent pricing. No baiting me with extra costs or any other suspicious hidden charges. Other roofers had some extra ways of extracting more $ out of the job and Reston roofing never gave me that impression.
