Called at 8:00 this AM. Receptionist was professional and exacting. Elliott, their tech, arrived about 11:00. Besides being a very nice person was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed my problem! The owner was extremely rude and explained that because we’d had to make financial decisions to as she said, “save a few bucks” she was refusing to service the AC unit at my mother’s home.
