If I could give Robert and his crew a million stars I would! When I met with Robert to scope the project (erosion control for a bulkhead and soggy riverbank) I had an idea of what I wanted but he was able to offer sound advice and suggestions, even showing pictures from previous jobs so I could see what the end result would look like. It was a true collaboration from beginning to end.Robert is also an excellent communicator and keeps you informed about what’s going on throughout the project. I received pictures daily showing the progress which I truly appreciated. I never felt disconnected, had to wonder what was going on or if we were on schedule. Robert and his crew take pride in their work and they want to know the customer is satisfied. This guy is the real deal and the end result on my project is beyond anything I could have imagined on my own. I will finally be able to enjoy my waterfront property in ways I never imagined. I will definitely have Robert and his crew back this fall for Phase II….replacing my dock. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, straight forward marine contractor….look no further. Robert is definitely your man!

Robert did a great job clearing out my woods making room for a 30x40 garage. He made sure the footings and pads were done right. Future home of 81 Ferrari GTSI, 570 Mclaren and a Bentley GTC. That's why I wanted it to be done right.

Not your average review but for a few reasons. As a contractor I look for three things when sub contracting for a company. Communication, planning and payment. And Namo LLC meets the criteria on all three; very rare in this day in time to have all three. Also a few other things I have noticed I think are worth mentioning. During the duration of his projects the jobsite is always neat and orderly. Safety measures for the environment is taken as well as the safety of his guys. As well as I haven’t seen a single project where I have had to question if corners were cut. I have a pretty good understanding of how marine construction, retaining walls, drainage and framing works. And have not seen a single thing at any stage of the project that I was questioning the reasoning behind why it was done that way. A great all around company.

This company has done extraordinary work for us. They cleared three acres of trees, graded, and grass-seeded in our New Kent home. Their operators were quick and efficient, with no roots left behind. They went out of their way to do extra work for us. Once they finished their work, they even sent us drone images of before and after at no additional cost. Since the job was so well done, I decided to have them work on waterfront property that we own in North Carolina. We have a retaining wall that requires desperate repair. They came through for us within 3 days. They gave us a stage-by-stage progress. Pictures were sent regularly to our phones. The final kicker was they sent us a drone picture before the work and a beautiful sunset drone picture after. My wife was ecstatic to see them. All we can say is that this company will do you no wrong but a happy ending result.Service: General construction

I was recommended to Namo by a neighbor of mine that sometimes services their equipment. I was hesitant at first, because I really wasn't in the market to have any work done at that exact moment, but my neighbor advised they did great work and were just around the corner and probably wouldn't take long for them to come give an estimate. Fast forward 2 or 3 days and I finally called. I advised my schedule of availability and Robert made himself available at those times. My wife and I meet with Robert and Ray and discussed all the things we had in mind for our project. They were the third company that I have give a bid on the project, and honestly were right in the middle price wise. I told them that we would need some time to discuss this matter between ourselves before making a decision. Robert was never pushy, nor did he seem desperate for work, both good signs. The first thing my wife told me when they left, was that she would feel comfortable having Robert and Ray around the house even if I wasn't there, which she never says about anyone. Once we decided to proceed with the project, Robert drew up a contract that we both signed, and I was given a copy. As far as the day-to-day operation was concerned, Ray who is the equipment operator showed up every morning as the sun was coming up. He put in a full day of work, every day he was there, and I always felt as if I was getting my hard-earned dollars' worth of work. Robert before during and after the project constantly keep up updated with phone calls and pictures to include drone footage. The sawyers he had on the ground to limb and buck the trees were also very good at their jobs and always wore appropriate ppe. The final result was better than what my wife and I had hoped for. In all honesty Namo probably lost a little profit on their end, but always went above and beyond for us to ensure we were satisfied at every step of the project. To summarize, the crew was great, and I honestly believe they earned every dollar they made. Namo LLC did me right and I would recommend that you at least give them the opportunity to provide you with the same experience.
