I have had to call this company several times in the last few months. The response has always been quick and very professional. Josh has done excellent work. Recently it became necessary to replace a heat pump from 1989. The crew who installed the new unit was professional and very efficient. Highly recommend this company for their skill level as well as their fast and friendly service.

Came home on a Sunday evening to find our upstairs 82 degrees. Called Ridgeview and Aaron showed up less than an hour later! WOW! I’m still amazed someone showed up that quickly! Aaron was super nice, polite and very professional. We have 3 kids and our house was not heating up, we called heating places close by and could not get anyone to come help, we found Ridgeview HVAC, we called on a weekend and someone answered automatically and got someone to us right away, they fixed the issue and even made sure nothing else was wrong before leaving! On a Friday night our heat pump made a strange noise and smell. We called Ridgeview the following Saturday morning. Retrofitted an existing 2.5 ton heat pump with an American Standard outdoor unit and air handler. The finished installation came in at less than the low end units quoted, and removal of the old equipment and installation of the new was completed in one day during far less than hospitable weather. We couldn’t be happier with the performance of the new installation, the heat is right here, right now, and it’s so much quieter than what it replaced. I live in Tennessee and called multiple places which either did not answer or were overpriced. I called Ridgeview and they answered immediately, found them to fit me in and fixed my heat so well that I’m now sweating. They did a wonderful and professional job.
