My wife and I moved out of an older log cabin that we had been in for 5 years and decided that it would be easiest to have someone else do the deep clean for us. Kaya was very responsive, they showed up when they said they would and did a great job in an older place with lots of nooks and crannies. On top of all that, the final invoice was pretty much exactly what we were quoted. We will definitely be using the same service in the future should we need it, as well as recommending it to anyone who needs some professional cleaning.Service: Cleaning

In my opinion... She is absolutely a thief!!!! She has ripped off landlords and went from one place to the next, not paying rent or lodging. Has shorted other contractors and stolen thousands from others. She called home land security after viewing a child's genitalia and made an assumption of mutilation. Causing a family to have unnecessary trauma and an uproar in the community. She has used and manipulated many locals spouting obscenities untruths. If you value your assets, privacy, and security, steer clear of this lady!

When you’re looking for someone to do work on a remote island, sometimes you really want someone who will reliably show up. In addition to the work I wanted done—from yard clean-up and maintenance, to a deep clean of the house, to sanding and staining a deck, to repairing “interesting” choices made by past workers, to electrical & plumbing—Kare Kontracting showed up when I was off-island and the Town let me know they’d detected a leak. Twice! I really appreciate knowing I can text Kaya if something comes up. Her crew are professional and thorough and obviously know what they’re doing.

This con artist has stolen 10,000.00 from me, kept making excuses why she couldn't get me a contract after she took the 10k. This is the slickest woman who knows absolutely nothing about construction she tries to play a middle man and scam more money off people and try to take credit for a few guys left that will work for her. She's even trying to become a sovereign person to get out of paying 19 customers back that she took from. SCAMMER! BUYER BEWARE! The nerve to steal large amounts of money and go buy a house with it. My god.
