Called in on 2/13/2024 for sone electrical work to be repaired because of someone else’s error. Sam came out right away. Did a couple of assessment, check out all the switches, plug ins etc. Found the issue and correct the problem without any other issues. He was in and out in no time. Way beyond professional and answered all my questions. I have done business with all fix now for 3.5 years on my projects. There is no one better for the job. Trust me. It’s done perfectly to your specs and the requirements. You want something done, don’t waste your time with other local big companies. We needed the entire roof replaced at our home because it was 20 years old and had sprouted a very large leak. The work was completed in a very meticulous and conscientious manner with quality materials. Some weeks later we needed help with the completion of a stainless steel porch cable railing project mounted into concrete. The day following our contact the fence project manager came and began the needed work on a Friday at 5pm! We were very glad that after a few more hours the following Tuesday, our concrete porch displayed the completed and envisioned shiny stainless steel cable railing system.

I can't say enough good things about this company. This biggest project they did was replace my deck. It is beautiful! My home received heavy damage from a vehicle hitting it, and destroying a couple living room walls. I HIGHLY recommend ALLFix Property Maintenance & Repair! We wanted to add more cement to our back patio. We called so many contractors, some would not return a call, some would come but never reply with a quote or if they gave a quote, they couldn’t give us a date for service. ALLFix was working a job at my work location so I asked them to come look at the job and give me a quote. Vitaly came by and by that afternoon I had a quote. It was a small job which might not have been worth their time because they seem to be a very busy company. We called ALLFix about a 400 sq. ft. deck that we wanted to remove paint from then restain. ALLFix was amazing, the owner offered to drop off a new product they were trying to see if it would help us as we didn't want to pay an arm and a leg to have the work done. The owner came by later in the day to check on the product and with his help and guidance determined stripping the paint off would not be a good solution. He then quoted the job to clean, sand and repaint with a high quality deck and dock paint. His bid was within our budget so we hired them. The job took a day and half (12 hrs) but turned out beautiful. The crew doing the work were friendly and efficient. It turned out they had to hand paint the entire deck which was not what they had thought they were bidding, but the owner stood behind his bid and we couldn't have been happier.We highly recommend ALLFix LLC. You won't be disappointed in their work.

They are so good . We had horrible dry rot and white fungus under the house. They came out so quick and gave us a free estimate. And then very quickly they started working on it . Very friendly and helpful receptionist. I very much recommend this company.
