Unprofessional Conduct and Property Damage - Beware!I had a regrettable encounter with First Choice Roof in Jan 2024 when their crew trespassed onto my property without permission while working on my neighbor's roof. In the process, they damaged my fence post, captured by my security camera. Upon contacting the owner to resolve the issue, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior, as if I were at fault. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring theme, as evidenced by similar experiences detailed in their Yelp reviews.Despite eventually fixing the damaged post, the entire ordeal was a significant inconvenience, requiring police involvement, taking half day off for them to repair the post, and the preservation of evidence. First Choice may claim to provide quality service, but their lack of respect for boundaries and others' property raises serious concerns.While they have rectified the damage, the disrespect and inconvenience caused are not easily overlooked. I would personally avoid hiring them at all costs.Proceed with caution if considering their services.

Great experience with First Choice. I usually work on my own house but have gotten to where I don't want to clean the roof anymore. So I was skeptical that they would do as thorough of a job as I am used to doing myself. Boy was I wrong. The fella who did the work did an excellent job of cleaning the roof, gutters and rinsing off the house well. This tech was the BEST. Fair price too. Thanks.

I have used this company twice already. First one was in 2017 and due to the pandemic, I wasn't able to have my tile roof cleaned again until Feb of 2024. The clean roof held up to the 4 year guarantee and as always, they did an excellent job on cleaning our roof and the surrounding areas. Shaun was quick to respond to my request and Diego who did our roof in 2017 and Vanderlee today did an excellent job. The bid was fair and easily paid by phone after the work was completed. Just to let you know, we have a 2 story, 2,600 sq ft home with very steep roof pitch. I'm a very DIY guy when it comes to home maintenance except for this one. They'll be cleaning our roof again next time.

Upon checking a portion of our roof after the moss removal service, we do not believe their pressure washing method was as safe for our composite roof since quite a bit of the granules came off. Another task that was included in the roofing service was not completed as they claimed, so it was a bit disappointing and not as trustworthy.

I hired this company to demoss my roof & clean out the gutters. Luckily I went outside before the big rain storm and found debris sticking out of the drainage pipes. I was able to pull about a foot of debris from the bottom of the drain pipes. We cleared out all the drain pipes (total of 4) ourselves & verified that the gutters were actually cleaned out.Never again will I hire this company & nor should you.

Great service at a great price. My realtor recommended First Choice. Just had my entire roof replaced and the guys did a great job. They also replaced several pieces of rotten roof panels at no extra charge beyond parts. The new shingles and vents look great. Requested quotes from 2 companies. First one tried to oversell me on what needed to be done. Sean was quick to respond and gave me a complete quote accommodating my requests - no overselling. Vandelly came on-time, worked efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned all the debris off my windows and ground with a smile on his face the whole time. I will be hiring 1st Choice from now on.

First Choice did a fantastic job of cleaning my metal roof and gutters. It's a big, complex roof and it looks like new now! It was covered with fir needles and branches from recent wind storms and also coated with pollen from the last couple years.
