This company is hands down amazing! We had holes causing leaks in our roof and we were desperate to find a company who wouldn’t take advantage of our situation. Josh at Patriot Roofing went well above and beyond the projects needs to make sure we were comfortable and at ease with this process. Our project was over three months out and Josh called three times during storms that we had to make sure our roof was holding out ok. Each time more than willing to spring into action with his crew to repair a tarp job if needed. Once project day arrived, his crew was friendly, professional, efficient, and blazing fast with the roofing process! Upon completion, the next day we had a down pour for three days straight! I have never experienced our house as quiet as it was! Josh was super friendly and professional and put us at ease and was not just here for a quick buck! After he called to check on us several times before the project, I knew he cared about his clients! I will go back to patriot roofing without hesitation if needed! Josh and his crew are just so professional and Josh stays in touch about every step of the way. We had some roofers come out and give us cheaper quotes, but what made us choose him was the fact that he was so open about everything and told us about damages on our home that weren’t things that he could take care of for us, but that we still needed to know about. He was prepared for the worse case scenario when he quoted us for both the homes we needed done. He didn’t want us to be blind sided with surprise costs, and that was so nice. It ended up not being worst case scenario so we actually spent about the same as the cheaper quotes in the end. But the fact that he was prepared, and that it wouldn’t take longer if they uncovered a disaster (the roofs leaked pretty good in several places). They worked around the weather and there was no fear that the rain would damage anything because they got it all water proofed right behind them as they went. The crew was very respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves very well at the end of every day and then one final big cleanup of anything left behind. Our roof on the main house was not simple. We have three “witches hat” turrets and a very very steep grade on two parts of the second floor main roof areas. They stayed safe and professional and they protected our gutter system we had placed last year. Josh even talked with the gutter representative to make sure what him and his crew were going to do wasn’t going to void our gutter warranty. These extra steps he took are why I will always use them from here on out and why I will refer everyone to them.Services: Attic venting repairs, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

The team at Patriot Roofing was very thorough with my roof inspection on a rental property.
