I just called Vermillion Pump for a quote to replace my well pump and pipes thinking they where probably rusting through but he took the time to explain a few simple things I could check first before jumping the gun. Big thank you to the Vermillion team. I have worked with them for the last two years. Alex spent 30-40 minutes with me discussing well depths and costs for a property I was looking at, he convinced me to find a property with a well already driven. Ashley helped me get my water test results to the county promptly so I could get a building permit while I was under a big time crunch. Lastly, their Pump Manager, Jared, has been very professional, extremely knowledgeable about his craft; I had the privilege to watch him install our well pump, and he has top-notch installation practices that gives me absolute confidence that the installation will work for many years. I called around to a few other companies and yes they were all nice and the prices were about the same. We chose Jared with Vermillion pump and we are very happy with the work that was done. Jared was very professional, He is very thorough and takes great pride in his work. We replaced our entire in well system such as the Motor - pump - digital pressure control switch all new water lines and wire. Vermillion has been our "Well Doctor" since we moved to Spokane in 1997. They have helped us with all of our well and pump issues. Most recently (May 2022) we had an issue with a leak in the pipes that bring water from our holding tank to the house. They helped us locate the trouble spot (a leak UNDER our house!) and performed all the steps necessary to install new pipes from the cistern to the house, bypassing the old lines, and fitting new pipes to the main water lines that serve our house. They also replaced our old, failing pressure tanks with a single new one that has improved our pressure. All the while, they were responsive, reasonable, courteous, and very professional. Absolutely amazing! It started with our first call to them which was promptly returned, not only were they professional they made everything easy to understand and very thorough. Alex and the crew did an awesome job on our well and he was a man of his word on everything. Jeremy was great to work with going over the new system explaining and answering all my questions. Jared responded to my "no water" emergency promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly (blown fuse) and had the right fuse in his truck to restore well pump power within a few minutes. He answered all my questions and offered helpful information about maintaining my water system. Called to get help regarding my well and after speaking with Alex, I completely concur with the ratings being so high. Best customer service I have EVER had when dealing with a company. Alex took the time to not only listen to my issue about my well problem but he spent over 20 minutes trying to help me try to understand how things would work or how they should work (especially when I have no clue about anything regarding wells). He helped guide me on what steps to take and understand the lingo and what to do or how to get it fixed via telephone. I live in TRI-Cities, WA and wish I could have them do work for me here but since they are too far away, I appreciate Alex speaking to me and providing top notch service anyway!!

Our pump went out on Monday evening, we called Vermillion first thing Tuesday morning, Jared met up with my husband and by Wednesday he and Jeremy went out of their way to have everything replaced and updated so we could have our water back. We have lived at our home in Chattaroy for three years, and during this time we have had 3 emergencies concerning our well house and water pump. The first was due to a winter wind storm blowing the roof off our well house, damaging several parts inside and out. The 2nd being a water hydrant failure that leaked a large amount of water into the yard. Now on July 5th, 2021 we had a sub drive 75 power box failure. We called Vermillion Pump & Drilling on all three occasions, and they were here within hours to help get us up and running again. Their prices are fair and their quality of work and professionalism is a combination that's hard to find these days - Alex and Jared have truly set the bar! I have had these guys out twice, once the owner Alex came out to inspect my 3 wells when I purchased the property. Another time Jarred came out to replace a pressure tank. Both experiences were very positive. Their rates were reasonable and they took the time to explain everything to me. I will use them for all future service. You should as well.

These guys came out and helped me in a major emergency with my well. I was out of water and have a 5 month old and needed help. The owner Alex assessed the situation from the phone and they came out asap to get me up and running. They very easily could have told me I needed to replace everything, I would never have known the difference. They had integrity and worked hard to get the job done in a more then reasonable time frame. I will need to replace my pump someday and most likely will be adding a reservoir. I would not even consider calling another company. Friendly, polite and fast these guys knocked it out of the park.

15 years ago Vermillion drilled my well and installed all the equipment for my system. Yesterday my 15 year old pump failed. I made only one call! That was to Jared at Vermillion Water Systems! I called Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 pm with my sad story and he was at my door shortly after 8:00 am the next day with everything that might be needed to restore my system to new!! After troubleshooting, Jared discovered my pump controller was hosed due to what he figured was a pump failure. My pump motor tested fine but would not run. We pulled the pump. The pump was frozen. Jared had a replacement and everything else needed to get us up and running again! The guy, frankly, ROCKS!! He’s a rock star by any definition! I’m up and back to normal thanks to Jared!! Extremely knowledgeable and honest!! He won’t do more than what’s needed or recommended. Anyone would be foolish to call anywhere else!!
