I had them come out for free window replacement quote. Normally, we all run from these people when they came knocking, but I thought what the heck. (I have an older home with aluminum windows.) Aaron came out, was punctual and friendly, made quick work of the measurements and showed me a lot of window options and cost packages directly on his mobile tablet. Actually less expensive than I thought. I am not in a place financially to do this right now, but definitely kept their info for later. Felt like a good company to do business with… products and service felt very authentic and not sleazy sales. The technology they have for available customization options was pretty awesome and expansive too. Hope this review helps anyone thinking of having them out for a quote on windows!!

My husband and I were so happy with how kind and fun Jeremy and Yaaceen were while giving us quotes for our garage roof, house siding, and windows. We were very impressed with how much they wanted to get us a good deal. We weren’t in a position to immediately sign a deal with them and they didn’t pressure us too much. Their customer service was absolutely impressive. Our 16 month old was running around needing our attention and they had no issues with him being a distraction and even interacted with him. Jeremy is going to give us a call Thursday and hopefully we can still get a good deal for what we’ve decided. I’ll update the review after the work is complete! Super happy with them so far.

Jeremy and Ben from Left Coast were fabulous! They surveyed our roof, which we did not have information on about when it was last replaced. Not only did they tell us that the roof was likely only about 10 years old, but also indicated it was clear it was not properly installed. This makes so much sense, because the previous owners did a lot of work themselves, and not always with the best results. They indicated the roof was not in need of replacing for at least 3-4 more years. I appreciated their honesty, and their willingness to accommodate my schedule. They will go to the top of the list when we do love forward with replacing the roof.

We just received an estimate from Josh Shelton of Left Coast Exteriors and I cannot express how great the experience was. He really took the time to understand our wants and plans for our home both long and short term. He built out the quote in a way that gave us options and helped me understand how to make it affordable. He did an excellent job explaining how his product differentiates itself from other windows. Josh is professional and deliberate. I know that when we decide what to do we have a full picture and the best options have been presented.

After having the roof replaced, we also replaced 3 front windows and a bedroom sliding glass door. From start to finish it was very well done. Pat Rose the project manager was informed, responsive, and thorough. The installers were prompt, skilled, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. This company is tops!

We love our new roof, gutters, and solar light tunnels. What a transformation! We get tons of compliments from our neighbors. The project had a few minor hiccups along the way but overall a good experience. Shaun the PM took great care of us and got everything taken care of. The sales guy Dee was low pressure and we liked everyone we worked with including Lima the roof foreman. They have fantastic customer service.

He was prompt, very friendly and patiently worked through all my questions with me. although I have not completed all my due diligence yet, the information provided and his straight forward approach made me WANT to do business with him. I had 3 guys show up at my door on a Friday evening to solicit their business. They were scheduling appointments for the week. They said a guy could come out on Saturday and do a walk through and give me a quote. I was curious on a price because I do need a new roof. I booked an appointment for Saturday...next day. A couple hours later on that same Friday I received a call from their office to confirm the appointment on Sat. A friendly guy shows up at my door Saturday and inspects my roof and walks me through the process. He said he would email me a quote by the following week. 2 months later I have yet to hear back from this company. All that work for NO follow-up....a little concerning.

I'm in the process of gathering bids for a replacement for my 23 year old roof. Got a call from Left Coast because I'm sure a database has pinged my neighborhood as furtile ground. I was dreading the estimate appointment for a number of reasons.Yaaceen showed on time and provided a comprehensive bid with plenty of explanation. Very informative and low pressure. I'll be getting more bids, but I'll probably pick Left Coast if costs are comparable.

Their customer service is one of the best I've ever dealt with. They literally have a guy for every part of the project. All of them are well trained and very knowledgeable about the products, timeline, and financing. If you have a question, they'll have an answer! I want to give a special shout out to Ron; he was especially helpful and even put up with our kitten crawling up his leg while giving his presentation. Also want to thank Pat for his attention to our satisfaction when the project was complete. Aside from the on-time completion, I have say I was extremely impressed with the clean-up. The crew took extra time to make sure there weren't any small pieces of roofing material, debris, and nails left in the yard. Excellent work and a job well done. Ron came out to inspect a small leak. Told me it was an workmanship error with installation. Since Left Coast does not do roof repair we should contact original company that put on the roof. Thank you for honest opinion.

Overall this was a good experience. When we first realized a new roof was going to be a necessity, I was worried that it would be spring before we could get a crew actually working, but work started within just a few weeks! Which, given how much wood damage they found, probably saved us a lot of money and headache.Donnie was great, talking us through all the options and technologies they use, and getting us a quote and setting us up with the finance company. Shaun was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with, answering all of our questions. My only real issue is that Shaun was out of town the week our work actually occurred and there was a lapse in communications regarding when the crew was actually going to arrive. Everything about this transaction was outstanding. The representatives were informative, detailed and provided excellent communication throughout the project. The crew was lightening fast, very hard working, and cleanup was fast and thorough. The cost was extremely reasonable as long as it is understood that the quality is very high. My new roof looks fantastic and is going to last for many, many decades. I particularly love the ridge venting system which freed the roof of a bunch of roof caps. I would like to say something to the 1 star reviewer (who has not even done business with Left Coast). I don't like people knocking on my door and pitching services at me either. I had new guests at my home when that knock came to which I was in the middle of being introduced to. I am very grateful that I was polite enough to listen for a moment to someone who is working hard to provide honest work for their crew and much more importantly, an extremely competent service for you.

These guys did a wonderful job. I have a single story 3000 sq ft. home that was sided with Aluminum siding when I first purchased it. It really looked like a mobile or pre-manufactured home. I hired Left Coast Exteriors to change all the older windows (10), the siding to Pre-Color (Evening Blue) Hardie Plank, and the soffits (White). The house simply looks amazing and the attention to detail was spot on. This was a very large job because it’s a very long ranch style single story home. That requires a lot of material. The guys were at my house for a couple of weeks. They found one bad piece of Plywood while stripping off the old siding and replaced it and made it look fresh and new and making sure the window was properly flashed so it doesn’t happen again. They flashed all the windows even though they are under the soffits. The pictures do not do justice of how well the house came out. Spend the extra money and have the windows trimmed with Hardie to make them highlighted and stand out. It just makes it look so much better. The other reason for doing this. If you ever do have a problem with a window, it will be easy to take out without having to take down all the Hardie Plank. They simply pull off the trim pieces, pull out the window and can install a new one and then put in new trim pieces. It’s thinking ahead. The gases in windows sometime escape or kids play and break a window, whatever….Maintenance is easier and cheaper in the long run. They even painted the rain gutters to match the house. Really, did an awesome job. We went outside to do a final walk around the house and I pointed out one thing and it was completely taken care of no issues asked. Make sure you talk about window trim, especially if you have an older home. Windows that I originally have in the house were as wide as the wall, new windows are not that wide. So, they will have to make a window sill.

Very perfessional company the roofers Allen and Santiago very nice to be around and did a great job at cleaning up afterwards.Shaun M the project manager was very detailed on the project, where I know I got the quality work I paid for.Also recommend getting there new inflow vents as i noticed it was a lot cooler in the kitchen.
